Generous portions at affordable prices. Salad bar is comprehensive. Numerous hot sauces and salad dressing choices. The barbecued dishes are varied in both price and meat options. The atmosphere feels like an old aviation hangar with lots of large model aircrafts hanging from the ceiling. Service could be friendlier. Not everyone is born and raised in Texas.

I stopped in here for dinner on my way through Midland. It’s a huge place with an aviation theme. I ordered the small fried catfish plate and it came with two sides. I chose coleslaw and one trip to the salad bar. The catfish was cooked perfectly. It was crispy and flaky. The salad bar is huge and very fresh.

I will need the recipe as well as more gravy ?.My mother got the Chicken Strip Basket for $11.77 it comes with 3 pieces of fried chicken strips served with your choice of side, gravy, and toast.Service: The service was great. Got to meet and speak with the owner. Management is over the top and very focused on his customers. They are his priority.Atmosphere: Airplanes hanging from the ceiling ?. It is amazing how many different types of aircraft are used. Loved it. Will be going back definitely.

My husband and I stopped by for a quick lunch and had the 3 meat platter. All of the meats were perfect and the macaroni and cheese was incredible. Looking forward to trying the salad bar, as it had a ton of options and everything looked fresh and delicious. We were easily able to eat and get back to work within an hour.
