This lady really took a pan of queso that was all dried up and brown an gross looking in that buffet stainless steel container on the line and sprayed it with vegetable spray right in front of us ( after my husband asked for a pint of it) and commenced to grabbing a new bag of queso and opening it in front of us and dumping it on top of the dried up stuff!!! The corn was all dried up the rice was dry and a lot of it hard! My daughter worked for moes up north and that store put this store to shame!! It was so disgusting i had to throw out my whole bowl! Glad I was just passing thru on our truck but sure was a waste of hard earned money! And time!! We Will never stop there again!

The lady who tried taking my order didn't speak English or acted like she didn't. I tried my best to help speaking what small amount of Spanish I know. But that's ridiculous that I have to speak spanish... 🙄 she then proceeded to talk crap about me to come workers. That's not fair. Learn freaking English.

Food is good, a bit overpriced with the add-ons. The service is awful, the lady wearing the blue dress was very rude. Had to wait another 10 mins in the register because they were just walking around doing nothing.

3 ladies on shift, waited 10 minutes while one was talking to customers at a table. Once Charolette came to the front she was rude and dismissive. The drive to Chipotle takes the same amount of time as waiting here. Good food.
The service was awful. Older lady in blue shirt didn't know what she was doing. Overcharged me for my order and added on an item i didn't order. She had to get someone to help her take it off after I asked about it. Which that lady was there the previous day when i got charged less so i don't know why she changed up... probably so her coworker would feel like she was right and not have to hear her complain about it. It'd be different if it were my first time and I didn't just get charged less the previous day AND I had an extra item that time? Either way it was not worth it, just get chips from the convenient store area.

Went in here for the first time, 5pm Saturday, there is one employee doing her best with what she's got, steam table pretty empty, and what remained was an obvious trip to the toilet in the middle of the night full sprint ?♂️ sorry I'm not very athletic so I walked guess it wasn't meant to be ?
