I don’t even want to tell people about this place because it is so good! But, credit is due where it is due. I am go grateful for this amazing restaurant. The ladies are kind and always remember us, and even what we order even if I haven’t been in months. Great quality, authentic food. Truly my favorite.

Would not let us order what we wanted. They had rice noodles but only on spicy meals. When asked if we could exchange the other noodles in dishes for rice noodles she said NO. We got up and went to a restaurant that would allow it.

Only the OG Midlanders know and appreciate this place. It’s nothing like the chinese fast food fares that other places offer. The hostess and waitress were lovely and sweet. The food was so delicious. We like the orange chicken because there is actually orange peel slices in the sauce to give it that authentic orange flavor. We will always love this place for dinner dates.

Moon garden is one of my favorite restaurants in town! I love that you can go solo and not feel awkward or with a group! The moment you walk in the greet you with smile and warm hello! I’ve been here so much that the waitress knows my order lol! My appetizer, drink, plates and even the sauces I use. And she knows a lot of the regulars orders! EVERY SINGLE TIME the food has been hot and fresh in a timely manner! Even if you go right at opening you can tell it’s fresh and not left overs! I went for lunch the other day and my drink, soup, spring rolls and plate were under $20!!!!! I will always recommend moon garden! Also I know sometimes they look shut down or empty but they different hours so keep that in mind! I promise it’s a local fav!
