This was the best breakfast I’ve had in Midland. Small place in an old gas station that’s been very thoughtfully repurposed into a very nice little Mexican restaurant. Might be a little tricky to get to right now due to construction but worth it.
The servers were very attentive, gracious and efficient without being intrusive. Being an older blue eyed gringo ordering pancakes, bacon, and eggs, my server took extra time to explain the purpose of the ranchero sauce on the side. I frequently travel quite a bit of the northern Mexico states by motorcycle so I found this a bit funny but; what a way to make a person feel welcome and cared for.
There’s no doubt that I’ll visit again while here for work.

Don't let the out side of the building fool you. Step inside and you will find a very clean and well kept dining room. We were greated and asked if we would like to sit or order to go, we sat. Chips a salsa were homemade and fantastic. The food was great, with a very homemade flavor. The service was also great, eventhough we arrived about 40 minutes before they closed. We were all done and put the door 10 minutes befor closing time. Very pleased.

After getting tired of eating the same over priced places and receiving bad service to top it off decided to try this little spot And over all the experience was great from being greeted to our waitress Daisy being a delight but the best was the food no complaints and the music was good and at a nice volume 😁 10 out of 10

The food was amazing, fresh tortillas, great pancakes, super sweet and friendly service. We had never been and our waitress was very patient with our indecisiveness and she was explaining what all could be changed and was not bothered at all by us changing our minds over and over… Food was quick and fresh.
