Dorna jumped all over a coworker today who was trying to assist an elderly lady. I felt like I was witnessing someone being bullied. Very unprofessional. Do better Dorna. People are watching. Other than that, it's a wonderful place to shop and go.

I love shopping here. Chris helped me out a few months ago by recommending a certain product and sharing a story of how it helped a family member. So thank you so much for that!However, today, was a completely different experience. I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I assumed maybe they were just busy. As I was looking and researching the items, I noticed 3 different employees practically running to other customers asking if they needed assistance! The first time, I saw a male employee (not helping anyone) so I said, “excuse me sir, can you help me…” he told me to hold on, which is fine, but then he started to say hi to a customer who had already finished checking out, which again is fine, but then it turned into a personal conversation so I walked away. The second time, I saw another employee walk by the isle, so I said “excuse me Miss…” but she continued walking away to ask another lady if she needed assistance, which the customer wasn’t even asking for. The third time, I asked an employee for Serenelle and she just shortly replied, I have no idea what that is. She could have said, ‘what is it maybe we have something similar.’ I explained it had sensoril but I guess she heard selenium because she pointed where to look. Again, which wouldn’t have been a big deal until I noticed how helpful they seemed to others.I stood by the locked essential oils looking around for help because I wanted ravintsara and Manuka essential oils but I gave up. I was pretty upset so I correctly put back 3 out of the 6 products I had. I would’ve put them all back if I wasn’t buying the other 3 for my parents. When I was checking out, I asked the cashier if she could tell me how much the Ravintsara and manuka oils costs and she told me I would have to ask someone else. So at that point I just decided to leave as soon as I checked out before I lost it. I’ve never been treated like this anywhere. I’ll try shopping here one more time and will update my review if treated a tad better. I’m sure one shopper doesn’t affect them much but I’m willing to try again because i like the store, my proximity to it is convenient and everyone has off days.

New Beginnings

Like this place. There prices are great. They have a cafe. Hot and cold food from the cafe or prepacked. When you are in west Texas this is your home for healthy tasty food and supplements and provisions.

Wonderful experiences, always a little pricey but mostly expected. The restaurant (strawberry fields) is usually fabulous, they make good casseroles and the vegetable soup is one of my favorites. I usually have plenty of help and I appreciate how the owner goes out of his way to give me tips, dvd's about healing cancer, etc.. I can't say enough good things about my experiences here. Thank You!

I see another review saying they weren’t wearing masks. That’s why they got my business…They also have a much larger selection of things compared to everywhere else in Midland or Odessa. Specifically homeopathy. I’ve gone back many times for different remedies and other things.

We love this store. The staff knows their stuff and are well informed. They offer options for your health concerns or they will order anything you might need. Best knowledgeable staff of a natural store in town.

I occasionally travel here for business. Having discovered the store by finding the Strawberry Fields Cafe, it was natural to explore the store that are so helpful. It does not take long for someone to ask how to help find what you are looking for. I am very satisfied with their selection of products.
