I order 2 dozen buntinis online about 5:30am for a birthday later that day, that day was a Sunday, website said they open at 1:00 pm so I scheduled pick up at 1:30 and planned on calling closer to opening time to make sure they could fulfill the order and or change some flavors to accommodate my order needs. So called around 12:45 and message said they are not even open on Sunday but website let me place order and sent me email confirmation that I could pick them up at my scheduled time on a Sunday. Here it is the next day and I’m going to try and pick up my order and just celebrate a day late. Thanks internet🤦🏼

Service is no where near the quality of the cakes. They either need more staff or fast paced staff. They are way too slow getting orders out even orders placed in advance. I was told, “sorry I totally forgot your order”

Ordered a cake to be delivered, don’t get it, called and they guaranteed it would be delivered the following day, still don’t get. Tried calling multiple times the next day only to be hung up on every time. Went to the store and waited (total time was about an hour) the manager on duty refused to come to the front and speak with me after asking for a refund for the delivery fees.

I ordered a birthday bundt cake on line to be delivered to my son-in-law, which he never received! The store in Midland, TX was to have delivered it. I want a full refund of $56.76 to my original payment method. I have been scammed!!! If I could rate it less than ONE STAR, I would have! Folks, never order on line!!!

I submitted a delivery order online, never got my order and didn’t get notified one of the cakes I requested was out of stock until I called the store. I didn’t get a refund and I get put on hold +6 mins every time I try to call the store to issue a refund. Had to dispute charge instead :)

This place was filthy. I stopped at about 11:40am this morning. There wasn’t a soul in the place. I had to wait several minutes before any employee even came out front to help me. The floor was so sticky that I was still sticking to the floor of the next store I stopped in because of the residue left on the bottom of my shoes from this place. Standing at the register you could easily turn around and see how nasty this floor was. If this is how they keep the showroom which is the only part their customers see I can only imagine how disgusting the food prep area must be. I will be recommending that the health department check this place out. Pic attached of the nasty floor that was easily visible to both myself and the employee behind the counter. It’s very clear this has not been cleaned in a long time.

Horrible. Ordered Thursday morning online for a cake to be picked up at 6:15pm. Arrived there on time with the door locked and the lights on. I tried banging on window. Approximately at 6:35pm, shortly after their closing, I see the lights going out. So I hopped in my vehicle and wrapped around the building to see if I could reach the employees in time. They just stared at me and continued to their car.

My issue with this whole ordeal is shop still hasn’t reach out about the issue. They didn’t reach out about the missed pick up or to make it right. I will be filing a claim.

Excellent customer service! This is our “go-to” for birthday cakes and they are consistently delicious!

I had a situation where I thought I placed an order for a birthday cake and when we arrived to pick it up it was not ready and I realized my mistake (that I selected the wrong date).

They were incredibly understanding and accommodating to help me whip up a birthday cake with decorations in no time. Thank you for saving the day for our 11yr old sons birthday — it wouldn’t be the same without his favorite Red Velvet Nothing Bundt Cake! 🎉

Don't go here. rude employees never want to help. just want to take your order and send you off. cakes aren't even worth the price that's why we only go with rewards but the workers never want to take our rewards numbers and simply tell us they dont do rewards at all. not worth it.

While the cakes are good, the service is not worth it.. especially considering the price. So very slow. I ordered a cake ahead of time for the sole purpose of not having to wait. I had to wait 30 minutes in store. Several people in line behind me left because the wait is so ridiculous. Another customer commented they would’ve left too if they hadn’t promised the specific cake to a recipient. I also would have walked out had I not already paid for the cake.
