Made an online order yesterday morning and picked up during my lunch hour that same day. I had a party to attend to that evening and was in charge of cake. I didn’t notice that I was given the wrong order until I got to the party. I ordered a dozen bundtinis and was given a cake with a flavor I hadn’t even chosen. I called today to see how they can make it right. However, all I got was the opposite. They questioned me as to why I didn’t check the order before leaving and I explained I was on my lunch hour and in a hurry. When they couldn’t find my order, they gave me attitude. They look you up by the last four digits of your card and they pulled someone else’s account and tried to call me out that I didn’t make an order the day before. I explained that wasn’t my history account. So they looked me up by other information and found me. They emphasized multiple times that we ate the cake I was given so they couldn’t refund me my money (I never asked for a refund). Very disappointed with the gaslighting and customer service. You expect to receive the correct order and when you don’t, they blame you for not checking it before leaving and eating it after arriving to a party where you were the one to bring the cake. Of course we ate the one cake we got.

I was at the store 10am this morning to purchase 3 dozen bundtini and to place a special occasions order for this weekend .A lady from back said be right with you.. I waited , waited & waited. And said hello I would like to make a purchase again was told be right with you. A man stepped out and said she will be with you . I said I have someplace to be I really need to get something. She never came out to help and there were 2 people in line behind me when I walked out at 10:15. After reading other reviews now I see this is an ongoing problem here. Not sure how you can run a business this way. I guess you don’t need the money! Absolutely ridiculous!!! You lost $100.00 this morning and 250.00 for the order I was going to place. I will go out of my way to get the cakes and never visit this store again.

Order on line for my daughter from San Antonio the manager was very unprofessional and very rude. Was not wanting anything free just an apology. And did not get that, but she did hang up on me and said it was fine for me not to order from them again. Bad customer service. Never ordering her

Well Debra i guess she’s the owner is very very rude and no customer service!! I called to complain about a cake i ordered thru a 3rd party. We order a lot thru our work and i was impressed about the taste so i decided to get me one. Well i called to provide a feedback and see if they can do anything about this DRRYYYY cake i received and the kid who answered the phone said “I DONT KNOW” im like what you mean you dont know?, so guess she called this Debra and she was so rude, i explained to her my feedback that it is dry maybe an off cake, She said “WE NEVER HAVE AN OFF CAKE” wow wow!! I was so mad i dropped the call!! She could be a little apologetic but I guess this business is super perfect! They never make mistakes!! They definitely lost my business and i will spread the word at work to never patronize this place! I dont really care if you dont replace my cake or give me my money back im letting you know what i got but I did not expect how she handled it. The tone, the responses, everything.. This business need to learn customer service FIRST before selling LOL

Amazing cakes!! However, I have never been in and made it home with what I asked for. When you go to the back and get the order you should show it to the customer so we can make sure you listened to what we asked for.

Placed an order on Wednesday, picked it up on Saturday, the girl that was there I think her name was Claire was the only one there and was very busy. She did a great job taking care of everyone and was doing it very quickly, she even helped me take my order to the car even with a line of people!

I love nothing bundt cakes. they have the best ever little bundt cakes! the customer service is also amazing! i have never had a bad experience with any of the cashiers!!

@Care T, really if bad customer service was not who you are, negative reviews like mine would include other issues with your store, but they don't. The negative reviews left are all regarding your poor customer service & rude staff. You might want to think about that. As I remarked, YouTube has some great customers service training tools you might consider adopting to your culture. It's just my opinion & your business reputation, that's all!

I really like their cakes and I haven’t been in a long time but today we celebrated my daughter’s 17th birthday so I stopped to get a bunt cake. I walked in and the first thing I saw was a display with a 2 tier cake with a decorative piece on top. I went to the counter and looked at the menu and CLEAR AS DAY it says tiered cake feeds 26 DECORATED $66. So I tell the girl that’s what I want, picked the cake flavors, picked a blue flower and she asked what I wanted and Pointed to some toppers that said Birthday Girl or Happy Birthday.. I told her the Happy Birthday was fine. Then they go to charge me and it’s $78… I asked why and they said the decorations are $12 and I proceeded to tell her that her menu says $66 for a decorated tiered cake. The 2 girls started telling me it doesn’t include a decoration. I ask then why does your menu say decorated. Their answer was that’s just not what it is and proceeded to tell me an 8” is $27 and a 10” is $37 which added to $66.. I told them that actually is only $64 and that the menu states it’s $66 for a decorated tiered cake. They all laughed and questioned why I was questioning what they were charging me and I told them I’m just telling you what your menu says… Ultimately in the end I asked for the owners to call me and to give me the cake and ended up just buying a 1 and 7 candle leaving the decoration. I wasn’t going to keep arguing over what their menu says and them laughing as if it was some sort of joke. I really like the cakes but I probably won’t be back, the customer service needs major work, it was rude and unprofessional to question why I was questioning their prices when the menu is very clear. If I had paid for a 10” decorated cake I would have gotten the same topper. I didn’t make their prices, they did and they should have honored the prices posted!!!

The cake tasted really good. The lady that helped us at the store wasn’t very friendly. As much as we paid for the cake (we got a 10”) and they just wrap it in transparent plastic, I didn’t like that because the icing stuck to it. I honestly was expecting it to be in a box or plastic container. We might get another cake in the future, but I wasn’t very impressed with the presentation.

I just ordered a cake from there and the young woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and sounded annoyed. I think she forgot that we do not have to order from there but instead we choose to. My card has already been ran, but sadly you have lost a long time customer.
