Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is a very nice Olive Garden restaurant. Very clean and nicely decorated atmosphere. The staff is all friendly and welcoming. The food came out hot and fresh.

We came at 2:30 to celebrate our anniversary. Upon walking in, we asked for a booth for two and the waitress was too busy talking with a friend to acknowledge us. After she finally noticed we were there, she took us to a table for six (???) and we once again asked for a booth. She walked passed us after putting the menus down and ignored us completely. We sat down to wait for a waiter, as we figured we could just ask whenever the waiter got there. We sat for 15 minutes without anyone even coming up to us to ask for our drinks. We got up to look for a waiter and after not finding anyone, we went back to our table to wait. Once it got to 2:55 without anyone even asking for our DRINKS, we cut our loses and left. The table behind us was quite literally screaming the entire time, so we were agitated and didn’t want to spend another 30 minutes waiting for help that clearly wouldn’t come.

When we first moved here 2 years ago it was ok. But now these last couple of months we've been here it's been a good experience!

Was very disappointed when my family and I went to Olive Garden and ordered our regular order we order all the time for special occasions. It is the tour of Italy which was extremely small, the chicken pamesen looked tiny like a small chicken nugget. Also the lasagna was very tiny, when I asked the server she politely said oh that's our new menu. For the price I was insulted. I didn't want to make a big deal about it but I will write my honest review. Do better Olive Garden!!

Even though we have to drive to Midland for this it is worth it. The kids always enjoy the pasta and we love the appetizers

When walking into the restroom 🚽
All stalls were busy waiting a bit then noticed 3 workers were hiding there. The restroom had no tp nor paper towels and trash all over the floor. Waiter was very nice and over all food was very good
