The food is always hot, the service is amazing. I have never had a problem at this location. They have many options, but you could always just go with soup, salad and breadsticks. Anytime I am craving comfort food, I come to the Olive Garden.

First, ordered appetizer and drinks after 10 minutes, after ordered our main food, everything arrived at same time. Our drink was on normal glass not on margarita glass. Said they didn't have any available. While the place isn't even full.Than after all that found a cockroach walking on our aptizers.....

The meal was satisfactory. The server was inattentive, failed to replenish beverages, and her speech was muffled by her face mask. While I respect her personal choice, this made communication challenging.

We’ve been to the Olive Garden in Midland 1X before in the 4 years we have lived in the area and it wasn’t a good experience. We decided to give it another try for lunch today. BIG MISTAKE! To sum it up it took 2 minutes to get seated, 5-10 minutes for drinks/ salad, 25 minutes to get breadsticks and a total of 45 mins to get a soup and lunch Alfredo. By the time the actual food came we had lost our appetite. It wasn’t even crowded and there was plenty of visible staff lounging around . Never again.

Today I want to have the attention of who ever is in charge of human resources because I apply for work as a waitress I have 4 years experience and I feel they treat me so disrespectful everything went good with my interview and assessments but since the ceo saw me in person everything change I feel I being victim of discrimination because my overweight , they hace a lot of great shape waitress but they don’t know what their doing by the way y apply in midland and Odessa locations as I say if you don’t have a nice body they don’t hire you . CEO member remember your not the owner you are another employee be kind with everyone you can lose your job one of this days

As a frequent visitor to Olive Garden, I've always enjoyed their cozy ambiance and delicious Italian fare. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. Today, my family and I decided to dine at Olive Garden for lunch, a ritual we usually look forward to on certain days and weeks. Unfortunately, our anticipation quickly turned to dismay when our salad arrived before the main dishes, revealing an unexpected and unwelcome addition: a hair unmistakably present amidst the greens. The sight was truly disheartening, casting a shadow over what should have been an enjoyable meal together. While I've always appreciated the flavors and hospitality at Olive Garden, this incident has made me reconsider returning. I sincerely hope that Olive Garden addresses and rectifies this mistake, ensuring that such mishaps do not recur and that their patrons can dine again without worry.

A most excellent and worth while dining experience. Good food, decently priced and outstanding service. I highly recommend going. Depending on the night and time, you might have a little bit of a wait, but the food is worth the wait.Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly easy access with rails and ramps on either side of the spacious handicapped parking.

Horrible service. Took 45 minutes to get bread stick and a salad! Not to mention the manager was called and he still didn't do anything. We had to wait even longer for to go boxes and refill cups.

It was only 7:30 and they were putting chairs on tables and lifting seats in benches. We felt like they were rushing to get people out. Also it was freezing cold. We were there to celebrate my Son's B-day, but we just left after dinner and got dessert elsewhere.
