My girlfriend and I recently visited the Ollie's establishment and I must say I was blown away at the sheer size and variety of products available. I was able to find many things I was needing around the house for very, very reasonable prices.
We were greeted by every worker and felt very welcome the moment we walked in.
I would particularly like to give my warmest praise to Alexander, the cashier on duty. We were immediately greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. He commented on our video game related clothing and we had a wonderful conversation that ended in him offering to let us borrow his Sega Dreamcast! His customer service skills are beyond outstanding and if anyone in the management team is reading this, I would like to strongly recommend that he be praised for his excellent work and he deserves a hefty raise! As a former front-end supervisor for a grocery store, I know exactly what he is going through every day and he's handling it like a professional.
In conclusion, I will be more than happy to drive the thirty minutes to Lexington (I live in Clifton Forge) to see Alex again and partake of the great deals. Great store!
