Love their farmers salad, Brussels sprouts and salmon entree. I get the same thing every time. It's always great.

Great downtown restaurant, we had the wedge salad, chicken fried streak and scallops and it was great.

Dinner 2/14/24 @ 6:15 Service and ambience upstairs was good. Brussels were tasty. But how they have the audacity to serve what should be called hush puppies and call them crab cakes is shameful. Especially for a restaurant like this. And for $25. What a disappointment.

My husband made reservations for 7pm on Tuesday for our anniversary. We arrived at 6:55pm and were seated by 7:05pm. From that point on, nobody ever even acknowledged we were there. After 30 minutes, my husband told the front hostess. She apologized, gave us water, and said she told the waitress. Still, nothing. After another 15 minutes, we decided to leave. We told the hostess on the way out and she quickly said sorry again and went back to her duties. We went down the street and were served promptly.

Out of mashed potatoes at 8:30pm. Extremely loud environment. This is not a good place to carry on a conversation at your table.

Unfortunate & truly sad to say one waitress ruined my opinion of a truly considered upscale restaurant. Sadly, we made a reservation & travelled an hour and 1/2 to be treated so terribly! Reservation for 7:30 & due to difficulty parking, arrived at 7:55 pm. All the same, the close time is listed as 9:30 pm. My initial experience 8 months ago was impeccable. Honestly, today the waitress, she acted angry & was argumentative regarding each request. She did not even introduce herself or provide any recommendations. Very cold & unfriendly.... Even threw in a couple passive aggressive insults towards my best friend. If you are requesting $50 plus a plate, then you do not rush, refuse to accommodate a simple request & and act put out to even serve???? I know you name not but, please resign tomorrow as it is evident you hate your job & you seem to despise your guests & the quality of service has spiraled from 5 Star to 1 to 2i range. One other table on a Saturday night with 4 wait staff??? Shame on you! Food was still very good but, you rushed us out & treated us like pond scum. Go take this out of the public sector! I wish you the best but, rude service kills a business quicker than rat poison. Find wait staff that are pleasant & positive. Thanks!

Very nice place to eat, we had a good time and my steak was good. I was shocked though i have to admit , I ordered a single shot of 30 year old scotch and I noticed it costs $333 dollars, so probably a tad over my price range

Food was excellent. Service was poor. Our party of 12 had a mandatory tip of 138.00 and the server was not attentive at all.

The service was meh, but I'll give the a pass since it was Friday night...however. $20 for a Manhattan is insane. This is Midland not a major city. Then your portions are tiny for the price, and you were sold out of desserts on a Friday night the server said you only prepped 2? I don't know what kind of joke this is but I was abysmally ripped off. Adding a 3% fee for credit card transactions is just adding insult to injury. At the end of the day I spent over $100 for 1 person and left hungry.

We showed up for our reservation and walked in and was stared at by the kitchen staff for several minutes before someone came out. I told him we had a table reserved he replied the hostess was downstairs and he would call her. After another 10-12 minutes we decided to go downstairs only to be told that the hostess was probably upstairs. It was 26 minutes past our reservation so we just left. Never have we been somewhere and made to feel like we didn't we couldn't afford to eat there!! We ended up at Cowboy Prime and got the treatment we thought we would have gotten here. If I could give it a negative I would.
