It’s 8pm I have 5 kids in tow walking happily into a ice cream store that states it’s open till 10. Walk in to find the chairs up and the employee telling me all the machines are broken? I said so in other words you felt like closing early? Her response “yeah”
At least turn your open sign off!!!!!

Took over 40 minutes to make 5 milkshakes. Originally ordered banana peanut butter smoothie. They are out of protein powder. Then I just went with strawberry banana smoothie. “We are out of bananas”. This location has gotten lazy and nasty. Once I got the orders they were out of lids. 🙄
