Waiter was phenomenal. We had a few issues and he was super understanding. We ordered medium steaks and they came out well done. We brought it to his attention but decided to go ahead and eat it as we were hungry and didn't want to wait for a new one. As my wife cut into her baked potato and started eating it, it had a rotten taste. So we opened it further and there was a big rotten spot on it. The waiter brought the manager over who said "we don't serve rotten potatoes". Like how else did it get there? I didn't bring my own in. Manager was down right rude.

To start off my gf and I walked in and were told it was going to be a 20-30 min wait. Ok so we waited in our car for 10min and went back to wait inside for an additional 25+ minutes before I asked the hostess for the third time in which we were finally seated. This could have been avoided by offering us a waitlist spot. But once we’ve been seated our waiter and waitress were great. Steak was undercooked and chicken and bloomin onion overcooked but not a big deal. But what got me was getting my second beer without a lime, I asked the server for a lime in which she said she’ll be right back and never brought a lime. But yet she walked past us multiple times watching my beer go warm. From now on we’ll stick to saltgrass, those folks are always great and professionals. I usually never ever write reviews but this experience was unfortunate. Maybe the manager should walk around and check on their customers?

Worst steak I have ever been served at a steak house. Sent it back and had a second steak brought out which was the second worst steak I have ever been served. Shrimp served was undercooked. Did not serve fries with the first order. Second steak had fries.

FIRST TIME TRYING OUTBACK! I joined the waitlist ahead of time before I got there, when we arrived I let the host know and it was another 10-15 minutes which was no big deal! It ended up being 30 or so minutes before getting seated. When we did get seated we waited about 10 minutes for someone to come get drink orders, enough time for my whole party to decide what they wanted to eat. When we received our food everyone in my party was unhappy. Steaks were super small, steaks had very mild to no flavor, French fries were cold, Mac n cheese was cold, and I got a burger and for it being a steakhouse I thought they would have good meat for a burger, however my burger patty was super thin and just not good at all to where I didn’t even have an appetite for it. For 4 of us to eat it was $116! I honestly didn’t think it was worth it. I will definitely be going to Texas Roadhouse or the longhorn steakhouse. I don’t like writing bad reviews and I know it’s not the servers fault because I was once one and so I didn’t complain but I won’t be here for future.

We all enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was nice. Our waitress, Camryn, was great: She was friendly, accommodating, & just the right amount of attentive.

Service was fast and courteous expect they gave us wrong drinks. The food was very bland and shrimp was lackluster. For the price I should have gone to Texas Roadhouse.
Well it's been over 15 years since we have been to Outback. This time we tried pickup order. Whatever kid made the plates did okay. The side were bares and my hubby and I laughed at the portion of cheese and bacon that were invisible for loaded baked potato. We can do better than this for $50

Disgusting salads came out sloppy way too much dressing, and the tomatoes and onions were frozen and bad steak way too over cooked when asked for medium rare we got the blooming onion and it came burnt to a crisp the managers didn’t seem to care the manager said they would refund didn’t return to our table our waiter was extremely nice and made up for the experience the best he could we ended up paying full price which was fine because the service from the waiter made up for everything seems like bad management will not be returning again don’t recommend!!!

The first time I visited this place I was delighted, the waitress was a sweetheart, the food was spectacular and the bloomin onion surprised me so much that I returned the following week, but this time I was totally disappointed, the place and the waiters were very nice as always but I asked for my meat medium and they made it super cooked, which didn't bother me, I just asked them to change it, the very embarrassed waiter did his part but when I had finished eating my food the manager showed up with my meat this time well cooked but with an arrogant and reluctant attitude and he told me to cut it in front of him but with very bad form, sadly the workers of the place do not deserve a manager who does not know how to deal with the public since they They are so cute and the manager is so rude, for my part I will not return nor recommend it anymore, not while that man works there
