The brisket was dry/overdone and seemed like it could have been reheated from the day prior. Everything else was very good. After I got my BBQ it seemed like most people opted for burgers or some of the more unique dishes. It also seems that their speciality lies in the Mexican/Asian fusion dishes, so I’d go more that direction next time. The brisket fried rice was insanely good and I would eat it for a whole meal. The BBQ sauce was also the best I’d ever had, so good. I normally don’t sauce my brisket, but it helped out a lot in this case. We spent a little over $30 per person.

I went in close to closing and started to walk away because I didn't want to be that guy coming in at the last minute. The owner came as I was leaving and told me to come in , and I'm glad he did! This place is a gem! I chose their Cuban sandwich, it was one of the best I've ever had. The owner also gave us samples of ribs, beef tips, sausage and brisket. I'm pretty picky about BBQ and there not one thing I didn't love at Pachuco's. The atmosphere is friendly the food is fantastic and the owner and his wife are amazingly friendly. This guy knows his stuff and the vibe I got from Pachuco's was this guy loves to cook and feed people. I can't wait to try the tacos.

I liked how the crust looked and how tender the meat was, the fixings from the cold bar was nice and refreshing. But the meat lacks flavor and seasonings, the meat is really relying on the sauces for flavor.

This brisket is divine! It’s a MUST STOP if you’re anywhere near Midland TX
We travel all over the country for work, and especially all over Texas. This is the best bbq I’ve had in a long time. The brisket is unbelievable. The staff was amazing. I’d drive four hours from home, even if it wasn’t work related, to eat here again! If you’re heading to or through Midland, you gotta stop!

Will not be coming back The BBQ is over priced and a major let down. The service left much to be desired. I got no answer when asking about menu and food felt as if I was a bother to her. As for the food 2 ribs and a small slice of brisket was $35. The ribs were over seasoned and over cooked. But I will say the brisket was very well cooked and I enjoyed.

Last week I tried the “la callejera”special, which was a great size and delicious, and today I tried the new special, the torta ahogada, and it was delicious. The sauce that covers it was amazing; in my opinion, it was perfect. I can't wait for the next special! You definitely have to go to Pachucos!

This place is good to come with your buddy's, food is amazing and the ribs have tendernisum
Brisket was tough and dry. Coleslaw tasted off. Like it was washed in dirty water. I did come in on a Friday at 6:00pm. Maybe it’s not the go time for fresh brisket. Toast had margarine on it and not real butter. Disappointing over all.

I was in downtown Midland on an errand. There was nowhere to park as usual, so I ended up near Pachuco’s restaurant. Since I took a spot, I went in and ordered something to go. Two brisket sandwiches and some fries. I told them I would be right back and I was. Less than five minutes.
I came out, got in my car, and a couple was getting into their SUV right behind me. They were parked right up against my bumper. I thought they saw me and would move back. They did not. So I had to do a 40 point turn to get out, and they just watched me struggle. I was not happy about it. Once I got clear, I let them know how I felt with a one finger wave. Not proud of it, but it happened.
I start driving away and suddenly the couple is following me. They are yelling and cussing at me. I guess my middle finger carried more power than I realized. We exchanged our opinions of each other with very colorful language. Then the lady says something like, “We will pull over then.” So I pulled over.
They pulled in behind me and the man got out. He came around the SUV with his teeth clenched and his fists balled up like he was about to swing. The conversation went like this.
Her: Do not flip me off.
Me: Do not park me in.
Her: We did not see you.
Me: Your husband watched me get into my car.
Him: I told her to move.
Me: After I did a 40 point turn?
Her: Someone behind us was trying to jump a car.
Me: I did not see that the same way you did not see me trying to get out.
Her: You cannot flip me off.
Me: Why not. America.
It was a complete mess. At one point she told him not to hit me because it was not worth it. I said please come hit me over a middle finger. Why can’t we just flip each other off like in Urban Cowboy and move on.
Some random lady walked up and asked if I was okay. I guess it looked like I was about to get jumped in a random parking lot in Midland.
I drove back to the office and finally opened my food. Let me tell you. These were the best brisket sandwiches I have ever had. Totally worth the chaos. Five out of five. Would do it again. Maybe not the middle finger part though.

I got the Korean loco moco and it was horrible. The hamburger patty was completely raw, so pink I couldn’t eat it. The gravy was disgusting & the kimchi fried rice was super salty. Do not come eat here not worth your money & it not being good it’s really expensive!
