Nice staff. I'm pulled in the drive through cause. I don't know what I'm doing. Pulled out of the drive through go inside and order. They had half my food ready and walked me through my order. Delicious hot fresh food

The employees were rude and rushing every one. I ordered the 7.98 kids meal and they charged a 1.00 extra bc it was shrimp and then they only put 4 pieces of shrimp in the box and they were cold and rubbery. Definitely not the friendly service like the past. It cost almost as much as a bowl which we ordered as well and rice is about all that was in the bowl. It's not fair to pay almost 40 for 2 kids and 1 bowl with 2egg rolls and not have any food.

Horrible service the lady that helped us was very upset and would give us attitude. She would also get mad if we didn’t talk to her in Spanish. Restaurants was very tense because her mood would ruin my family’s appetite.

Solid Panda location for Midland. We have never had a bad experience here.
I like to get the three meat plate and share with the wife to leave room for ice cream. We both get full of the plate.

I wish the management at panda express would take into consideration the amount of food they serve right now. They extremely decreased the quantity served by more than half. The taste is nothing like it was before. Terrible customer service. The staff is so lacking in good customer service that they only serve the food almost by throwing it on the trays. I understand the rush because of the number of people who arrive at the place; but they must take their time for each client. Because we are not in military service

The reviews saved me from coming here, when I saw the 3 star rating I thought I better read up why.
I was happy until the young man fixed my plate and the portions was small. I asked him could he add 2 more red pepper and he had to ask some lady could he give me some more peppers and her reply was no. She did offer to give me another portion which I would have we to pay extra. I'm telling the public this because there portions are small and don't ask for more.

This place was trash through and through. When we placed our order in the drive through, the lady spoke to us as if she was highly annoyed and when we went to pay her at the window she had the most attitude like we ruined her day just by being there. I had a pick 2 (grilled teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice) and 2 orders of Rangoons bc I love rangoons. The grilled teriyaki chicken tasted like Vienna sausages. The fried rice was completely dry and stale, and the rangoons were the biggest disappointment. It tasted like hot wet. No flavor at all. Just hot wet tofu consistency stuff. I guess that's what I get for cheating on Kung Fu Express. Definitely do not recommend.
