They are rude and dont like to give you xtra sauce. The soft drinks taste like the cup. The food is good if yiu go inside. The person at the window that don't understand English get made if yiu dont understand them.

Ordered 2 3 item plates at $13 a piece. Get to the register and it came close to $50. I asked why and the lady said I ordered 2 extra items. I pointed out there were only 3 items for each plate and she said she added more than enough Orange Chicken and it counted as double. I told her I never asked for that and she said it didn’t matter because I saw her add it. I didn’t bother pushing the issue. She looked like she wanted to get out of there.
The next day I went in and talked to the manger and told him that I didn’t enjoy my meal because I was craving the other items I returned. He says he remembered me and over heard the conversation. He said he informs his staff to give more out close to closing.
The lady who helped me was informed to give me more but then charge me for it? And when I brought it up she had a chance to be nice and was already authorized by management in advance to give out more. And she didn’t and then told me I should have known better. And the manger was right there and could have fixed it and didn’t.
And the next day when I went in I wasn’t asking for money back or anything for free just to inform the manger of my experience. And he still didn’t try to keep a customer and let me walk with no offering or to take responsibility.
I usually go to Kung Fu express but tried this place because I like their noodles better. Kung fu has made errors before and always taken care of me.
Last. I always try to be nice and polite to everyone. And made an effort to be nice to the lady that had helped me a few times. As I was making conversation she ignored me and it turned awkward. Not pleasant and doesn’t make me want to come back. Also told the manager about that and still there was no effort to save me as a customer.
That’s my experience. All week long I’m eating healthy and I was craving some bad food and had my heart set on those sides. I’m in the food business too so I deal with the same issues. The customer comes first. Not the employee. Without the customer the employee does not have employment. That’s the lesson here. Treat people good. And you all failed with me. With many opportunity’s to take care of me.
Is this a joke? I order teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef, I don’t see the beef only broccoli? Thank you!

I asked for chow mein and got rice. I drove all the way home, opened the bag and my order was wrong. Thanks drive through team. The manager even handed me the food. How fun is it to spend $17 on a meal I won’t enjoy.

Employee don't pay attention to the order make people lose time waiting like 40 minutes to get my order
The food is good. The inside was rushed and loud which is understandable. The only real issue i saw was that all the tables were dirty. Not just lat customers crumbs but hours old soda and sauce.
