These people are lazy if you go after 9 they WILL NOT COOK... right away guy says "we have no Orange Chicken," I provide with order by him answering we have No Cream Cheese Rangoons I asked why not he said "we been busy." I then ask what time do ya close he said 1030 mind you they close at 11 as the website says. I told him it's 9pm there's enough time to make more... he said we can't been busy. Them tells me WE CAN'T CUZ WE DONT HAVE ANY AT RESTAURANT... SO YES THEY WONT OFFER PROPER FAIR SERVICE THEY HAVE DONE THIS THREE TIMES ALREADY! I ALWAYS DRIVE 12 MILES TO PANDA EXPRESS ONLY TO BE LIED TO ALWAYS

Got more veggies than any meat and I specifically asked for no veggies. This place needs to close and let Kung Fu Express open up a new location

The soda machine broke and I had to wait 25 minutes for my shrimp.

I love Panda Express. No complaints about the food, but yes from the hispanic girl at the drive through . She is always so rude, seems in a bad mood and trying to run you out of the drive thru. This is not the first time she is rude. Today, we’ve had it from that place .

Man I hate this place. I think some roadkill off the 250 loop would be fresher and likely even tastier than the stale food from this establishment.

Panda used to be my favorite place to eat. Lately, there’s ALWAYS something wrong. Whether it’s burnt rice, nasty chow mein, not only do they charge extra for shrimp, they add nothing but vegetables and only 1 piece of shrimp. I’m not sure who is now running that place but at this point they need to shut it down.

What the heck is going on with this location? I used to always come here just for the teriyaki chicken, I moved away a few years ago and came back to this location after moving back in to town and wasn’t expecting to get served some nasty food. The chicken looked liked they threw in the grill tossed it once and took it out right away, they must not know that chicken is supposed to be cooked thoroughly, and besides it was tasteless. And the rest of the food wasn’t any better. I accidentally ordered kung pao thicken and asked if I could have changed before I paid for my order it looked looked like the person in the register didn’t like me changing the it and was and rolled her eyes and had attitude.

Waited for my order and it was sitting on the rack the whole time. Not sure if she didn’t know how to read or understand English, I told her my name three times and showed her my phone. The stand is behind the counter otherwise I would have grabbed it myself!

For some reason this location doesn't bother to provide any of the mixed vegetables. If you want it you have to wait 5 minutes to have it made up fresh. I'm ok with this, because I'd rather have it fresh anyway. This trip I waited long past 5 minutes, then the line built up and 15 minutes passed before I could get the counter person's system. I told them it was over 15 minutes and when they asked the cook for the vegetables they were sitting on the counter getting cold. Like what, did he think they asked him to make a special vegetable order for fun? Finally got my food 20 minutes after ordering. It was ok, normal Panda Express fare which is ho-hum at best but it was edible. They don't bother to make unsweetened tea either, so as a person who doesn't do sugarOr diet soda my choice was water. If you like Panda the food is no better or worse than any other location.Vegetarian options: They don't have anything made up, but if you're willing to wait they can accommodate you.

The person fixing my food didn't speak English very well so she barley understood what I was saying.

You get 4 pieces of steak with mostly onions and mushrooms, not worth the price if I'm just paying to eat a side not an entree.
