This location is completely abysmal. From the staff being slow and inconsiderate, the state of the restaurant in disarray and unkept every time we have gone, but this last time will be the last time. There were bugs in my soup. I called the store to inform them and request a refund but couldn’t speak to someone in English so I bypassed and called the health dept.

Waited in the drive through for way longer than expected. I came hours before my job to get lunch and it took pretty much the entire time in the drive through line… was almost late for work.. absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve now been here for 40 minutes. I got stuck in the drive through because there is no way to get out once you’re in. Clever construction considering you would lose every bit of business in the drive through if people could actually leave. The menu is literally sandwiches, soups and salads. You could literally bake a loaf of bread and made sandwiches from it in this amount of time. Absolutely absurd.

Im sick so I just got a chicken noodle soup bread bowl to go. The cup of soup was almost all broth, there was 3 noodles and 2 tiny shreds of chicken in it. Huge ripoff.

One to many times messing my order up. I dont normally care if someone messes up my order on occasion, but this place has routinely messed up mine or my wife's orders. The staff are always friendly and willing to fix it, so there is a silver lining.

I went this morning and got a steak and egg breakfast sandwich drove home and noticed they forgot my steak 🤦🏽♀️ so I'm currently eating an egg sandwich 😑

Staff are always rude and the food is subpar. My soup is usually cold and my flatbread is stale. They're also always out of most of the baked goods and their lemonades taste watered down.

Midland is always out of plain bagels Went today around 9:15 am. No plain bagels the lady taking my order didn’t know when they would have any. Do they not bake them there ? She also didn’t know what a baked good feast is I had a $50 order. Nope. Got nothing left

Worst service I’ve had in Midland. Waited 45 minutes in a lonely drive through. Right away noticed we didn’t have our soup. After tapping on the glass it was evident we weren’t gonna get the crews attention. I go in to ask for my soup and they looked irritated I went in to ask for my missing item. After getting all the way home. At this point an hour round trip, we find out our entire order is wrong. I will never go back again.
