I ordered some pizza online. They completed the order and charged me but then after they took out the payment, they tells me I didn’t make the minimum order but still took the money out of my account. It’s been a horrible process trying to deal with these people. Wha t scam now I have to wait For a few days to get my money back for pizza that wasn’t even ordered. ????! Explain this to me

I've always ordered pizza at Papa Johns from Big Spring and we loved it
But this time it only gave me the option of the papa johns of the loop 250 n and what a disappointment it has been
The uncut cheese sticks, they were all stuck and hard, the pizza I have always ordered with cheese edges was a total disgust the edges that looked like truck tires from how thick it was, I had not eaten something like it
They should change the cook and put a person who really wants to do the job

This is officially the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. We are traveling security & will never again not read the reviews for pizza places before ordering again. It's not so much that they screwed it up, the Door dash driver was also polite & prompt, but it was just the worst tasting pizza I've ever had. Lowest quality ingredients of any pizza I've ordered from EVER. And I've had some terrible pizza. Can't speak to the quality of employees because we had minimal interaction with them but obviously Papa John's has just resorted to using the worst possible ingredients, maybe to keep costs low or something. But this is disappointing because they used to be higher quality pizza that you could count on. The cheese was scattered mostly in the middle of the pizza with none on the edges, making the middle cold & that was just too much cheese all around. Why do pizza places assumed you want an ass load of cheese on your pizza like that?

They don’t share with you that DoorDash delivers their orders after 7:30pm. They don’t use heat bags or notify you when they’ve delivered the food. Expect it to be cold.
