The male bartender was not very friendly. I get it's a small airport but the food was not good. We got the chicken burrito. Flavorless. The steak nachos were okay but not much to them. Spendy alcohol of course. They call out your name for some people but deliver to other people's tables.

Deborah, bless her heart, was in a mood today. She was disrespectful and rude to numerous of her patrons. I witnessed her refuse to make a drink for one customer due to her being lazy and not wanting to make the drink. Her response to him was "we don't have any of the ingredients to make that drink, none of them"... in fact they did have all the ingredients, she was just not wanting to take a couple of minutes to make the drink with a fully packed bar. Sorry, but it's a bar, and you work for your customers. With that kind of attitude, I doubt anyone will continue to do business here. ?

Exceeds expectations for an airport restaurant. I read all the reviews because I was hesitant to eat at a place that had been so panned. The chips are average restaurant quality. The burrito was awesome. The staff are friendly. I even ended up right next to the speaker (b/c another patron asked them to move it and they did without question) it is a portable speaker not even capable of "blaring" levels of volume. If you gotta eat at Mifland airport, you have two options. Peppers is the clear winner.

Had a drink at the bar. I was impressed with the young lady at the bar and her knowledge of drinks. Great job Yvette. Also I really did enjoy that the bar was clean and in order.

I always enjoy having a drink before I fly out with the best airport bar tender Yvette.

I must be invisible or a ghost because I was completely ignored after sitting for more than 30 minutes. Left without a single interaction from anyone.

The staff was blaring music near our table which we asked to be turned down multiple times. After each event, the kitchen staff proceeded turn it back up from their phones despite the waitress accommodating our request. After the third request by ours and the surrounding tables, I personally reduced the volume on the speaker. In response I was told “you do not touch” the speaker. If this wasn’t the only option available at the airport, I’ve no doubt they couldn’t stay in business. Would not recommend.

Started with the “house made” chips and guacamole. I’m not sure how they define house made, because the chips sure tasted like some of the cheapest, most over processed excuse for tortilla chips I have come across. I then had the fajita steak burrito and expected to have a few gristly/chewy pieces but wasn’t prepared for dog food quality “steak”. This review takes into account the fact that this is in an airport and my expectations for price and quality are in line with the many other airport restaurants I have visited.

Decent food considering lack of options at airport but horrible and disrespectful service! I should have checked the other reviews first. They obviously don't care about treating customer well. Out of respect for the rules, I actually paid attention to the signs and stood at the roped off section to order. There was two signs saying to stand there. Three separate employees looked at me and walked away and would not say anything to me or acknowledge my existence. I felt invisible and like a bum that they didn't want to take an order from. Get this, I was the only one in line and standing right at the counter. It wasn't that busy and they could have easily said something like "we're busy at the moment Sir, we'll get to you soon"....after about 10 minutes, one lady said "are you okay" or something like that. I said that I'm waiting to order but being ignored. One other guy then took my order and didn't say sorry about me waiting or even acknowledge I was being ignored. I could definitely feel that they wanted me out of there since I spoke up. From looking at the reviews, this is a common problem and must be a result of poor management. The only good thing was the lady making the food was fast and nice.Don't go here. You've been warned. There is no incentive for them to improve because they are one of the few places in this mini airport so they will always have tons of customers who will naturally feel scared to complain too much out of fear of getting in trouble or missing their flight.

Very slow today. You can tell Ivette wasn’t here today. There wasn’t many people at the airport this afternoon and yet there was a 4 person-deep line to order drinks, half of the tables where empty!

Yvette is absolutely amazing!! She is very attentive to our needs, makes every effort to accommodate special requests, and does it with a smile every time!

My team and I are frequent flyers to many airports and Peppers is by far our favorite restaurant to visit due to the high quality of service by Yvette. No matter how busy the bar is, Yvette always provides personal service, has a friendly attitude and makes us feel welcome. She is the best bartender! And the quesadilla is the best in the West...
