“5 stars to the young guy who noticed I was waiting outside for a long time. My order had accidentally been given to someone else with my name (who happened to show up to the wrong Pizza Hut by accident-go figure) at the same time I was there to get my order. I was in the parking lot waiting while my order was being made again and this employee went out of his way to make sure I had been taken care of. I wish I would have caught your name but I did want to say thank you and keep up the great customer service. That gesture alone made up for the 45 minutes I had to wait in the parking lot.“
“I had the most amazing experience at Papa John’s recently, all thanks to the incredible GM Trey from the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He’s kindness and professionalism were unmatched made me feel like a valued customer and handled every request with a smile.
The pizza was fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly as I ordered. It’s rare to find someone in customer service who genuinely cares, but this manager took the time to ensure everything was just right. He’s positive attitude made the entire visit so enjoyable.

“I ordered a pizza to be delivered. Order was paid for (tip included) on line. Specified that it would take approximately 25-35 minutes. It took an hour and a half. Otherwise, the driver was apologetic and friendly. The pizza was exactly as I ordered. If it had not have taken forever to be delivered, I would have given you an excellent rating.“
“This location has been around a while, and like most of us, could use some upkeep, but the staff was great. Super polite, checked on us in a timely manner and even remade one of our pizzas that was messed up (we got to eat the mistake until the correct one came out). They apologized multiple times and thank us for coming in.
I appreciate the genuine service and politeness that we got that day. Just a pleasant night going out to eat which has been hard to find lately. Thank you.“
