“I had the most amazing experience at Papa John’s recently, all thanks to the incredible GM Trey from the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He’s kindness and professionalism were unmatched made me feel like a valued customer and handled every request with a smile.

The pizza was fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly as I ordered. It’s rare to find someone in customer service who genuinely cares, but this manager took the time to ensure everything was just right. He’s positive attitude made the entire visit so enjoyable.

“5 stars to the young guy who noticed I was waiting outside for a long time. My order had accidentally been given to someone else with my name (who happened to show up to the wrong Pizza Hut by accident-go figure) at the same time I was there to get my order. I was in the parking lot waiting while my order was being made again and this employee went out of his way to make sure I had been taken care of. I wish I would have caught your name but I did want to say thank you and keep up the great customer service. That gesture alone made up for the 45 minutes I had to wait in the parking lot.“

“So I ordered delivery and my transaction went through and was told I had to pick it up. Not a big deal. Get there and they said my order didn’t go through but I had confirmation that it did. The manager worked with me and took care of it. I had to wait a bit but no big deal. The pizza was great, the wings were great.“
