Ordered 3 pizzas and a pasta dish at 6:45, e-mail and confirmation said it would be ready to pick up at 6:20. Got there and they said, it would be another hour 😳 so I waited patiently. An hour and half later still wasn’t ready, so I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere. They argued with me for 30 minutes on returning my money until I ended up calling my CC company to report it as a fraudulent charge, while on hold they refunded me. Received wrong pizza, called and they said they were out of what I ordered so they substituted. They also forgot my breadsticks. Got a credit for less than what I paid. Reordered later the next week and spoke to the store to MAKE SURE I got the right pizza. Still got the wrong one! Then when I called to report it I never could get them to even answer the phone.
