So I ordered a pizza and cinnamon rolls from pizza hut while staying at a hotel in town. The app told me 30-40 mins for delivery which was a little high but acceptable. As I followed the order on line it was getting closer to an hour (again acceptable) but I was getting hungry. The app told me my food was delivered but I still hadn't received it. I thought maybe they left it at the front desk so I went down stairs to retrieve it. Once I arrived down stairs the front desk clerk alerted me to the fact that my delivery guy was in the restroom so I waited for him to come out. To my surprise the delivery drive exited the restroom with my food in tow(Gross) I went back upstairs and called the restaurant and talk to the manager and told her the situation. She did remake the pizza and cinnamon rolls and had a door dash driver deliver it the second time (another 45 mins) at that time the pizza was cold and had to be heated up but the cinnamon rolls were good.

Associate had a terrible demeanor. When I walked in to pick up my order the guy asked if I was picking up and I said yes and proceeded to ask my name. Then the other guy chimes in with a rude tone and says did she pay for it? I reply with no I still need to pay for it. I put pay in store for a reason and why would I want to steal a pizza on sale kinda ridiculous. Next time say things nicer or check your computer before saying anything at all. It was the tone for me.
