Placed online order and arrived at promise time. Husband went inside to grab our order and waited 30 minutes for someone to even come to the front of the store or acknowledge him. By the time we got the food it had been in the hot box this whole time and was not good! Sauce on wings completely separated. Pizza crust super crunchy and not appetizing & on top of that ordered cinnamon sticks we received bread with maybe a teaspoon of cinnamon sprinkled in a few random places it was completely inedible.

Absolutely appalled. Ordered pizza and waited for an hour. Called and was assured it was headed out the door with a DoorDash driver. After another 30 mins called back and was assured it was on its way, door dash driver had been assigned and even got the text. After 2 hours door dash status said order canceled by driver. Furious. Trying to feed my family on a busy night.
Changing my review from 1 to 5 stars. These guys are on point with their quality every time I’ve gotten to enjoy their pizza. The GM called me directly earlier this week and we worked through my bad experience on Halloween night. I’m a sensible man and understand that things were crazy and logistics are somewhat out of their control. He made it right. That’s what matters.
On 9/30 I went in with a friend, and let me tell you great service and clean establishment. It was cold to us and they promptly accommodated us and turned down the a/c. Our server memorized and took an order and had it completed exactly as we asked. The main guy/ cashier also took care of us. Very friendly and respectful staff. I will definitely drive a little extra for this kind of service.

Occasionally like this site, I'm Latina and just yesterday making an additional Uber order to my job, the person who was in charge had an act of xenophobia towards me and my husband. He didn't want to give us an order just because we passed behind thinking it was closed and there was a driver trup. I can't explain here the despotic way in the attitude of this person which is not older is a young woman with short blonde hair.. He simply said that he was going to give us the order and laughed.. For my part, knowing that they employ xenophobic people, I don't waste my money again. A call to the store owners to hire people with more humility.

I had an issue while picking up an order at this location. The man at the counter (wearing an oversized basketball team shirt) was aggressive and extremely unprofessional. After I provided the customer’s name, he insisted on seeing my phone. When I showed him the DoorDash order screen, he became overly emotional and acted like he wanted to start a fight. This type of behavior toward drivers is completely unacceptable and makes pickups at this restaurant unsafe.

I had never been to this Pizza Hut location and have not been to Pizza Hut in many years. This location had a terrible buffet. The pizza was cold, breadsticks were hard and that’s all they have on the buffet here. No salad bar, no pasta noodles, etc. No fountain drinks. The drinks are in bottles. I will not be going back. As compared to double Dave’s pizza, there is no comparison. Double Dave’s will continue to get my business. Double Dave has the fountain drinks, salad, bar, large pizza, selection, cheesy breadsticks, dessert pizza, pizza, rolls, and so much more.

Their buffet was 3 pizzas, nothing else. The poor employer was doing his best, by himself, but puzza hut likes to get more money for its corporate billionaires by severly under staffing its stores.
The best one in midland Texas. Mr. Eddie was very nice and food was hot and fresh. 1st time at pizza hut. You can tell Eddie cares about his store and the customers.

Buffet pizza was cold and old and black manager with the red scarf on his head is rude. I ordered wings and had to PAY for ranch He was REAL disrespectful and I asked for a refund! In that dirty lobby where I waited almost 7 minutes to be acknowledged

I ordered a pizza online and the order went through as a cheese pizza, the team member offered to make me a pepperoni pizza but I didn’t have time to wait so he gave me the cheese pizza for free. Great customer service.

Oh my God Mgr. Eddie and crew went out of their way to make sure me and g-babies had our food at closing time that another store didn't give a damn I ordered from the other store,we never got my order n they kept hanging up when I called....THANKS EDDIE3N CREW
