I had the most amazing experience at Papa John’s recently, all thanks to the incredible GM Trey from the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He’s kindness and professionalism were unmatched made me feel like a valued customer and handled every request with a smile.
The pizza was fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly as I ordered. It’s rare to find someone in customer service who genuinely cares, but this manager took the time to ensure everything was just right. He’s positive attitude made the entire visit so enjoyable.
If you’re looking for great food and outstanding service, this Papa John’s is the place to go. Huge shoutout to the GM Trey for making my day and setting the bar so high! I’ll definitely be back soon!!

Never received my four drinks that I ordered two weeks ago. Called store, the female manager said she would send it out. Never did. I don't even want the drinks now, and the food wasn't that great either 😒.

This is one of the most friendliest locations I have ever been to!! The guy at the counter, dunno if he was the owner or the manager, but he was so friendly! Attentive, professional, and cute! ;)

Decided to have a delivery today and I ordered a melt , 8 boneless wings and a Pepsi . I like about 8 minutes from this location so I knew it shouldn’t take long . I was told 23$ no big deal . Was told 25-30 minutes . Awesome ! I wait an hour , driver was very kind . But let’s talk about everything else . My melt was cold , the wings are cold . Got a Dr Pepper not a Pepsi ! The crust on my melt was to hard that I had to rip it off . Of course , why not call and get it again and see if they do it right . NO . I already waited over and hour . Why wait another ! Very disappointed!

I just got my food after a 35 min wait, which I live 0.8 miles away, not far. During this I called the store and talked to the manager. She was very rude didn't offer another pizza, discount, or a gift card. Literally nothing!!! Just hung up on me after it said it was delivered and never got it. When I got my pizza, it was cold, dry, and nasty. I'm very disappointed at the customer service!!! Will not order from here for a while. I'd rather learn to make my own pizza.
