Order online and pick up some pizzas last week and is been a long that I've eaten at Pizza Hut and I think my last one, order two pizzas both on pan pizza, first one was not a pan pizza and order some spicy marinara sauce and was regular, second pizza order chicken and when we came home and opened the pizza was no chicken on the pizza and was basically just bread no cheese or sauce, have to wait additional 17 min. For pizza to be ready order Mountain Dew and don't have people work there not friendly at all, it was really disappointing and unpleasant food.

Hi. I am a regular customer at pizza hut at the 4400 n Midland Drive location. I also live at wildflower apt located right behind the store. Last Sunday Aug 17th I was arriving home late from work when I saw the back door propped open due to my apt balcony facing the direction when I saw an employee I know as Camden younger guy who works there as I believe a cook. 2 other dark haired individuals 1 male 1 female. Engaged in inappropriate sexual acts. I was in disbelief I got in my car drove around to the front to see if my eyes if maybe I was seeing things yet to have my eyes in disbelief I was right the female was on her knees between both males who had their pants down performing an act while all three seemed to be groping and kissing. It was after the location was closed around midnight. I did express my concern to the cashier Amber who works at the register who informed me she would let her manager know but I'm not sure if she has because nothing seems to have been doing regarding the issue I'm disgusted and will not be ordering from there anymore. Jesse Lawrence is my spouse I did that review on his computer but it wasn't going through the internet was down so I ended up writing the review off my phone.

Pizza was cold, I paid for three toppings and it somehow still looked extremely sparse, how do you charge extra for banana peppers and then have literally only 5 rings on the entire pizza? Also very dry. Definitely switching to dominoes :/

I had a terrible experience at this store I went and ordered a Pizza around 10 but instead I ended up feeling uncomfortable by the inappropriate comments this Middle aged man with glasses he looked like he needed to shave and he has an odd sense of humor he was wearing a manager’s shirt he started to take my order after he started asking me what was I doing later and I should come by after closing he proceeded by trying to get ahold of my hand then tell me there’s away to get a free pizza my next visit i have no idea on how this manager is still there. Are their any other women who maybe have had a similar experience at this store when I got home I told my husband what I experienced and I had to stop my husband from going up there because of the inappropriate comments he gave me. I am going to press charges but I literally don't know his name or if they'll even believe me I’ve never had this happen to me at any other restaurant I most definitely am not returning to this location. I feel completely sorry for him that he has to offer free pizza to his customers

My pizza was warm and delicious. Phillip helped me when I picked up my order, he was attentive and kind. Tried the buffalo chicken melt for the first time, 10/10 recommend.
So I ordered delivery and my transaction went through and was told I had to pick it up. Not a big deal. Get there and they said my order didn’t go through but I had confirmation that it did. The manager worked with me and took care of it. I had to wait a bit but no big deal. The pizza was great, the wings were great.
Terrible service. The person working the counter is extremely rude, especially to DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers. They make them wait over 40 minutes for a simple medium pizza, with no sense of urgency or customer service. I’ve been to other Pizza Hut locations, and the staff there at least try to be helpful this place is the complete opposite. If you’re ordering for pickup or delivery, be prepared for a long wait and an attitude.

Terrible. First the pizza wasn’t what I ordered. I figured I would just go ahead and keep it, since I was hungry and didn’t want to wait. Second it was cold along with the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. Third no sauce with the sides they were cold as well. Normally I wouldn’t put a review like this but this is the third time they’ve messed up my order. I pretty sure that’s not a pepperoni pizza

This place is so filthy and unorganized I wouldn’t be surprised if they had rodents. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 3:55pm and I didn’t get it til 4:40pm. The pizza was sitting in the warmer the whole time!

As I was waiting for my food I noticed this place was filthy! The phone, monitor, desk were extremely dirty. Windows, walls everything was not clean. Nothing looked sanitized. Saw an employee vaping in the back. Made me second guess my choice.
