I had a terrible experience at this store I went and ordered a Pizza around 10 but instead I ended up feeling uncomfortable by the inappropriate comments this Middle aged man with glasses he looked like he needed to shave and he has an odd sense of humor he was wearing a manager’s shirt he started to take my order after he started asking me what was I doing later and I should come by after closing he proceeded by trying to get ahold of my hand then tell me there’s away to get a free pizza my next visit i have no idea on how this manager is still there. Are their any other women who maybe have had a similar experience at this store when I got home I told my husband what I experienced and I had to stop my husband from going up there because of the inappropriate comments he gave me. I am going to press charges but I literally don't know his name or if they'll even believe me I’ve never had this happen to me at any other restaurant I most definitely am not returning to this location. I feel completely sorry for him that he has to offer free pizza to his customers

My pizza was warm and delicious. Phillip helped me when I picked up my order, he was attentive and kind. Tried the buffalo chicken melt for the first time, 10/10 recommend.

So I ordered delivery and my transaction went through and was told I had to pick it up. Not a big deal. Get there and they said my order didn’t go through but I had confirmation that it did. The manager worked with me and took care of it. I had to wait a bit but no big deal. The pizza was great, the wings were great.

Terrible service. The person working the counter is extremely rude, especially to DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers. They make them wait over 40 minutes for a simple medium pizza, with no sense of urgency or customer service. I’ve been to other Pizza Hut locations, and the staff there at least try to be helpful this place is the complete opposite. If you’re ordering for pickup or delivery, be prepared for a long wait and an attitude.

Terrible. First the pizza wasn’t what I ordered. I figured I would just go ahead and keep it, since I was hungry and didn’t want to wait. Second it was cold along with the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. Third no sauce with the sides they were cold as well. Normally I wouldn’t put a review like this but this is the third time they’ve messed up my order. I pretty sure that’s not a pepperoni pizza

This place is so filthy and unorganized I wouldn’t be surprised if they had rodents. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 3:55pm and I didn’t get it til 4:40pm. The pizza was sitting in the warmer the whole time!

As I was waiting for my food I noticed this place was filthy! The phone, monitor, desk were extremely dirty. Windows, walls everything was not clean. Nothing looked sanitized. Saw an employee vaping in the back. Made me second guess my choice.

Update: after pizza hut responded to my review (below), asking them to email them. I did this and never received a response. They must just post that to make it look like they care. Pretty terrible.
Wow, I ordered from Uber eats and got two pizzas with hardly any toppings. One was a pepperoni lovers which should have at least 50% more pepperoni in it. It had less than what a regular should. Spending $72 for two pizzas in that condition is insane. When I called up there to see if they would do something to fix the issue, I spoke with a male manager who was incredibly rude and said since I ordered from Uber Eats they won't do anything about it and then hung up on me while I was still talking. That's the kind of attitude that causes people to become violent. Luckily I am not that type of person. That guy should be heavily repremanded and retrained in customer service. This happened 1/4/2025

My sister used the app to order in advance, and was given 15 min to pick up. Showed up and time extended to 30 additional minutes. With attitude but just figured it was one of those days. After waiting for an additional 30 min (45 minutes total) I went to the front and they charged my total. Before I paid, I asked if my oder was ready? They gave me a look and said it will be ready in an HOUR! I Canceled my order and will NOT return.

Partnership with door dash…. Driver left my order outside of another home bc he couldn’t find my apartment. Went to grab the order only to find it wasn’t mine. Friend wanted Pizza Hut. I’m a Domino’s gal. I’ll never order Pizza Hut again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ! I ordered my food at 4:40 and it didn’t arrive to me until 7:20pm. Along with the most rudest and unprofessional customer service from staff , who hangs up in faces and lies about his position and his name. He told me his name was Jason and he was a supervisor. I found out his name is Justin, and his GM explained what kind of employee he is. In my opinion he is one employee that doesn’t need to be hire-able at any establishment. His attitude definitely makes you lose all civilization. I’m still making complaints on this store for this employee until I see they made a change. Doesn’t do justice to get late cold and old food and to deal with NASTY customer service on top of it .

Ordered food on the website at 5:30pm on a Friday, never got the food. I tried getting help, no one there. I finally had to give up. Now I have to fight for a refund. Not cool.
