I waited 45 minutes in my car for my order and when I went inside people were playing not even doing anything to help customers. Myself and another person asked for our orders and they were all clueless about what we were talking about. I asked for a manager and the manager had an attitude with me and the other customer. Not even an apology or an explanation as to why it was taking so long for our orders. Will not be going back.
Thanks to everyone and the "manager" that were working there last night 10/11/24 at 7pm for the horrible experience......

If I could, I’d give this Popeyes zero stars. Easily the worst one in the US. Every time I've tried to go after 8 PM, the doors are locked. This is an oilfield town, seriously?! A young employee came to the door and said, 'Sorry, drive-thru only.' I ordered through the drive-thru, and they gave me no utensils, no hot sauce, no ketchup, and my food was cold. Lesson learned. I'm never coming back to this place. Stay away!

There is room in the back if you are in a large vehicle to park but be carful going in and out .. but it's room if you need some good hot food This Popeyes has some very good hot chicken. And it's clean Inside and out .. hot fresh good finger licking chicken and clean store ... POPEYES..I just left this Popeyes again this week and still got fresh chicken and juicy again, biscuit warm and ready.. and I added a side of red bean made it hit better... with a large beverage.. I miss the blacken grill chicken sandwich.. now that new NEW CHICKEN WORLD ORDER ...

When you order a 16 piece family meal you expect to get everything you order. You say it will be 15 minutes to make more chicken ok no problem. It's a problem when you forget my sides & the 15 minutes turns out to be 40 minutes. The staff was very friendly is the only plus I can say just wish i had got my whole meal I paid & waited for!
