I went to Raising Cane's on W Loop 250 and had a gift card. I checked the balance online and it showed a balance. When I went to use it the card would not read. I tried to use it at the other Cane's on N Loop 250 and the manager just told me sorry. This manager comped my entire meal without batting an eye. I was very grateful and wanted to thank the manager at the W Loop 250 Raising Cane's in Midland, TX. Your generosity did not go unnoticed!

So let me be clear, my rating is only because the parking lot. I went inside for take out and got stuck for over 20 minutes because the drive thru line wouldn't let me out. Good food and quick service but the parking situation needs to be adjusted

If raising canes would add some salt to their flour they would be sooooo much better. Shouldn't have to rely on their sauce to make their chicken have flavor. SERIOUSLY, JUST ADD SALT!! And if we are lucky you'll use pepper too.
