Made an online order, wait time was an hour and a half. I have eaten here before and know the wait is worth it cuz I know they get busy. My complaint is I specifically put in the order details to make sure and add marinara sauce for the cheese sticks, wasn't included. I chose fettuccine noodles and got penne, and said to add 3 grilled shrimp that were also not included. Online ordering company attempted to call them multiple times with no answer

Wasnt a fan of the shrimp scampi i had to add cheese, red crushed pepper & i decided to try it with a squeeze of lemon & then it was decent but still not to my liking, my husband got baked lasagna & that was so watery that he said it was more like eating a lasagna in tomato soup, he paid $70 for our meal, i got a salad but didnt know they charge you for it, i wouldn’t recommend this place but we do love Arti’s or even Mi Piaci cant complain about those 2 places at all

My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new so we tried rays. For 1 the portion on the seafood meals is sad 2 shrimp and 1 scallop for a $32 pasta meal. The pasta was good until I started getting huge bits of sand from the mussels that weren't washed properly. Brought the issues to someone's attention and asked for something different they brought back the same plate I had stating that is the way it is served. I finally got something different to go that took another 40 minutes to get. I didn't trust to eat the replacement meal with the attitude I was given for not wanting to eat sand. My boyfriend got the baked lasagna and he said the sauce was all water and hardly any noodles in it by far did not taste like lasagna. Overall we were very disappointed with the food and the attitude given from the servers. Definitely will not be back!

The food was terrible. The lasagna was watery, the ground beef in it had no flavor. The pasta didn’t have any scallops except one and the mussels weren’t washed. I had high hopes trying this place as the inside looked nice. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I don’t leave bad reviews but we left without being served because we were completely ignored. After being sat & given bread no one came to our table again. We waited & waited while being overlooked by staff that was standing around & serving guests that came in after us. While we still waited to even get drinks ordered. I kept trying to convince myself the servers were busy with bigger parties. We were in the middle of the restaurant and it was not even half full of diners. After 30 minutes it felt obvious we were unwelcome. We have been here many times but it’s been almost two years since we’ve dined in. This time we had our toddler. Maybe that’s the reason. I don’t know. Just very disappointing overall. We won’t be back again. Thanks for the bread. Chick-fil-a was great after and served us with a smile.

I had one of the worst dining experiences here. I made a reservation and arrived only three minutes late, yet they gave my table away. It took 15 minutes just to get my drinks, and then a bug fell on my plate. When I told the staff, they brushed it off, saying it was “just a small bug with wings.” That was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. I left immediately — definitely not the kind of service or cleanliness I expected.
Is crazy that you can pay almost 50 dollars and they dont give napkins or forks how im supposed to eat my food this was my first time there and probably my last first impressions matter a lot not to mention the contents of the food was starting to spill if you like your food very hot this is the place to go but for me at that price range and not getting the bare minimum is kinda insulting and the chef and cooks is not their fault but this completely ruined the experience

The food is absolutely amazing! Very well done! The bread here is do die for! The staff was very respectful and responsive. I had a newborn with me and they made sure she was respected as well! Even the other customers were respectful to her! The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. Just a great place to eat and visit with friends and family!

We were not a fan of the food, maybe it was what we got (Shrimp something and the chicken Alfredo) but I guess I liked Fuocos a lot more, will have to come back and try the pizza maybe its better, the service was not good when we went, we were disregarded and never refilled once, and there was only like 4 tables at the time
