We came for lunch during the week. As always the food was great! Our group ordered pasta primarily.
The only disappointment was our service. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full and we came before 11:30. Sitting down to getting the bill was about 1 1/2 hours with the food coming out fairly quickly. It could have been because they were short on wait staff. We will be back. Maybe it was just an off day.

Tucked away in Midland, this gem is undoubtedly the best Italian restaurant in the area. My favorite dishes are the halibut and salmon with lemon butter wine sauce. The salmon is simply the best I've ever tasted. I'm even considering applying for a cooking position for a week just to learn how to make the sauce myself! 😂.

Visited Ray’s Italian Bistro on a Tuesday in the early evening for dinner with my spouse. The restaurant is very beautiful but seems to need a deep cleaning, a lot of filth and debris fallen between the booth seats and the walls and everything is kind of sticky feeling. Service was decent, waitress was quiet and polite but I did get the sense she didn’t speak English well as she couldn’t understand our order without us pointing to the menu item on the list.
