So disappointed. I grew up on Rosa's as a native Midlander and it holds special memories in our family. In the last six months, every time I order a meal, the food quality is so bad. The chicken fajita does not have their famous flavor and are very bland, the chips are often burned, queso overcooked and way too thick and even the salsa seems different. I have tried all the locations in Midland and not sure what is causing the quality of food to change with the exception of the tortillas it does not taste like Rosa's. Is it Rosa's everywhere or is this a Midland quality control issue? PLEASE MIDLAND ROSA's get new managers and recipes to bring back our loved food memories!!!!!

It's lots of good Tex-mex food, fast and sort of inexpensive. It's not the best you'll ever eat but when the kids are hungry, you don't have a long wait. There's more than enough food and it doesn't bust my budget to feed my family.Dietary restrictions: My wife has Hashimoto's thyroiditis but she can eat the taco salad with minimal reactions.Kid-friendliness: It's my kids'favorite place to eat. They love the parrots hanging from the rafters and the paintings on the walls.

Always great! Everything. It helps if you speak a little Spanish if you need something. The manager there is always busy helping the staff. I saw a great team. The migas bowl is soooo good; I thought it needed more chips in it, though. I bet I can order it like that next time!
