Sapporo Ramen & Grill

Love the all you can eat. Everything was delicious! I was so so full. My favorite roll was the boyfriend roll. The cilantro really set it off. I ordered a roll that was topped with loads of crab. Will be back for sure!

Went there at 1:40 pm on a Friday. They gave us a Dinner Menu and were apparently going to charge us the higher dinner charge for the All You Can Eat dining. I'm not sure when they think lunch ends and dinner begins, but a 1:40 pm Dinner seems early for even the world's oldest senior citizens. Place was slow. Literally only 2 other tables containing a total of 6 guests. Waitress took our drink order. After 20 minutes of sitting there, we never got our drinks and she never came back to take our food order. We left. We let the manager know we would be leaving a bad review and she was rude. Told us we hadn't even been there ten minutes. This place has a sign on the tables that says they'll take $3 off your bill if you leave a good review, but then she acted like she couldn't care less if we left a bad review. She didn't recognize us, but we have been regular customers, but after this horrible service, we will NEVER return.

Low key not busy place to grab some good Ramen. There are more ramen options now which is awesome. Order extra meat if you’re hungry.

Really Good food!

If you’re thinking about ordering from this place through DoorDash, think twice. The woman who works here is extremely rude to delivery drivers. She yells at you, shows no respect for your time, and doesn’t seem to care about the customers either. If you don’t want your order to be delayed or mistreated, I highly recommend ordering from somewhere else. It’s a shame, because the food might be good, but the service ruins the experience.

The food here is beyond amazing! Took awhile for it to come out but everything is cooked fresh so it makes up for the wait time

I love the food here, especially the Ramen Noodles, the deviled one to be specific 🤤

But only for Dine in, I order togo and was still good but it was not the same! Still a great spot!

We go once a week! Staff is wonderful! Food is consistent & the restaurant is clean! It is pricey... or we would go more often!

$80 all you can eat for 2 people at dinner and they skimp out on everything. Just go somewhere else.

I cannot say enough good things! The food was great, the service was wonderful and as a family with a toddler eating out you just never know how it’s going to go. They were so accommodating as soon as we walked in. Gave my toddler a little toy ballon, talking and playing with him you can just tell they were happy to have kids in their restaurant. Will 100% be coming back.

Had a spicy tuna roll delivered and it was some type of ground up flavorless mush. I figured I would use the wasabi to spice it up a little....wrong. The wasabi was bland, except for the chemical taste with none of the hit you expect from it. I was left utterly disappointed and still hungry because I couldn't eat the stuff. I have no idea how they have such high ratings, I literally couldn't eat it.

The overall shop is so beautifully designed and very clean, I absolutely enjoyed my meal and was very surprise by the price, very affordable! I felt well served and the food was just delicious. Will definitely be coming back again ?!

I got hibachi chicken and it came out cold. I didnt know what to say when i got it so i ate half of it and got violently sick later that night. Dont come here for your safety
