Sapporo Sushi & Bar

Me and a coworker went and got the all you can eat sushi plus the up charge for everything. We ordered one round which was good placed order for 2nd and waited 30 minutes. The waitress came and apologized for the wait and then came back another 10 minutes later and asked if we wanted to cancel our 2nd round. We told her no we would wait and then she tells us it’s going to be another 30 minutes to an hour before they get to us. Because they were busy. Under half of the restaurant was full. We left paid full price for all you can eat to order some appetizers and a few 4 piece rolls. Terrible experience. Won’t go again. If that was their “busy”

Food is below average. We ordered about 6 dishes and most of them were not good.
Spicy gyoza ramen was breaking apart and barely had any taste

Hands down, this place has some of the best sushi around. To be honest, it’s easily some of the freshest and tastiest I’ve had — and at a really good price, too. One of the things I loved most is that it wasn’t overly crowded, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff here provides excellent customer service, making you feel welcome and taken care of from the start. The menu has plenty of great options, and their specials are definitely worth checking out. I especially recommend stopping by for their lunch special — the portions, quality, and prices make it an unbeatable deal. Overall, this is a hidden gem with amazing food, friendly service, and real value. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Sapporo is hands down my favorite restaurant in Midland when the craving for ramen or sushi. I have been coming here for the past 4 years. Everything I have had on the menu is oh so delicious. I am addicted to their ramen. The “Devil Ramen” is a soul cleanser.
Staff is always super friendly and I never personally had a bad experience.

They never get delivery orders correct. Ordered spicy tonkatsu ramen and received miso ramen. $30 of incorrect noodles. It's not that hard to get soup broth correct.

Not worth the price. I did order through UberEats and I understand that will make it a little bit more expensive, but the food that we got was not filling at all and average flavor. The order was also not packed correctly and the soy sauce was leaking all over one of the bags. The sushi roll we got was the tiniest I have ever tried, one average size sushi piece split in two to make it seem like more. I would not go there in person and would not recommend.

My husband and I stumbled upon Sapporo for lunch this week. We loved the atmoshere and the staff but really loved the food. He ordered the shrimp with spicy ramen and I ordered the shrimp teriyaki with fried rice. We also shared the pork dumplings as an appetizer. All of it was wonderful!!! We do not have a lot of choices for this kind of food in Midland so we are over the top excited that Sapporo is here now for us to enjoy!!! Highly reccommend this restaurant!!!

Good menu choices for varied oriental fare, servers/staff very helpful and courteous, food was prepared in timely fashion.

Wonderful edamame and Yaki. Staff was so pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere is very conducive to a relaxing and enjoyable meal. I would highly recommend!
