I just went to your Schlotzsky’s location in Midland Texas. We ordered three sandwiches but it was just a problem ordering the three sandwiches because the young lady was just getting ahead of herself. First she said I ordered four I told her I had ordered three and once we got to the window, she took my payment and then she handed me out the two bags of chips, which could’ve been put in the bag with the sandwiches, she gave me our drinks, which was fine, but I had to verify...read full review
RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!
Girl doesn’t open her ears and listen to you’re order after the 4th time of repeating she still got it wrong come time to pay. Told her on the receipt she then argued with me and the manager came up and asked for my receipt while the girl who took the order had it so she just walks off and I ended up having to pay even more. Took over 15minutes to get my order taken. Then another 40 to get my food.
