I just went to your Schlotzsky’s location in Midland Texas. We ordered three sandwiches but it was just a problem ordering the three sandwiches because the young lady was just getting ahead of herself. First she said I ordered four I told her I had ordered three and once we got to the window, she took my payment and then she handed me out the two bags of chips, which could’ve been put in the bag with the sandwiches, she gave me our drinks, which was fine, but I had to verify that one of the sandwiches did not have mayonnaise because she did not report that back when she read back the order And in the process of checking the sandwiches one of the big sandwiches came apart in the bag and then another problem is when we got the other little sandwich the bread started falling apart in the car and the rapper they put it in was too small to hold the sandwich so it came apart in the bag. We got everything put back together we get home and then realize they didn’t give me the fruit cup that came with the kids meal that I ordered. And then, while we were sitting in the driveline, one of your workers got a delivery of Whataburger from someone and then she proceeded to go inside make a large glass of tea and give it to the person who delivered her meal. We were in there were at 5:25 PM check number 30082. For $40. I did not get what we thought was a good meal and so I think maybe management needs to go in there and rethink who they have some of the people that they have running your window.

I hope Schlotzskys knows jow lucky THEY to have stuck wonderful staff at this Midland location. The Original and fiesta sandwiches were n delicious. Can't leave without a cinnabon. Clean and professional staff.

Very upset ! Went In today to get me set up for an event next week ! Two cars in the parking lot , and 3 people sitting down waiting for their order . 3 people were also working in the back ! They see me come in , and I approach the counter . & wait and wait and wait . Then they say number 73! A couple gets up gets their food and leaves ! One employees looked at me as she walked by the side door ! And just kept walking !! No body in the drive thru nobody else in the parking lot !! So I wait !! And wait !! Then go to the wind to see the girl at home the drive thru , watching videos on her phone ! Another employee ! Sitting In the office and another in the back . And even then , not a single person came to the front to take my order !
Absolutely pitiful and the worst part was . I was going to make a huge order for a wedding next Saturday ! And was prepared to spend what ever it took for a total of over 230 people !
So congratulations management on a well mannered, outstanding, very respectable staff ! That will do ANYTHING to keep customers coming back & money flowing in the business!!

Worst customer service in my life. The first time I went they were so rude and disrespectful. The employee yelled at me telling me I had to pick up my online order inside. I tried to give it a second chance thinking she was having a bad day and the second time the same lady told me they were out of what I wanted to order through the drive thru, not mentioning she took a deep breath and said “is that it?”. I will never come back and if there are no changes it will eventually run out of business. Don’t waste your time. Go to the one on Wadley.

This is a good Schlotzsky’s. The lady at the register, who always seems to be the same person is very friendly and helpful. The food sometimes takes a little long to come out, like when they’re busy for lunch with the drive-through, but I enjoy eating there.
