The lady who works the front is a true customer service gem! If you enter the store questioning your decision to purchase an overpriced sandwich, this lady will convince you that she's delighted you came in AND that you will be much better off letting her and her staff provide you with an excellent meal and experience than you would have been had you attempted to have a sandwich at home. And imagine my delight when I found 3 different items that are filling, tasty, and fit within my meager calorie budget. I was tempted to return again the next day for lunch because I had such a great visit.

Don't do it. The salads are not fresh at all! I mean, as soon as I opened the lid, I could smell the fruit rotting and visually see the lettuce wilting away. The grilled chicken was crunchy. There was one kind person who worked the window there. It's was not the best experience . I will not be returning.
Workers need additional training how to cut a sandwich, run a drive thru and communicate with guests. Really enjoy the thumbprint in my food.

I just went to your Schlotzsky’s location in Midland Texas. We ordered three sandwiches but it was just a problem ordering the three sandwiches because the young lady was just getting ahead of herself. First she said I ordered four I told her I had ordered three and once we got to the window, she took my payment and then she handed me out the two bags of chips, which could’ve been put in the bag with the sandwiches, she gave me our drinks, which was fine, but I had to verify that one of the sandwiches did not have mayonnaise because she did not report that back when she read back the order And in the process of checking the sandwiches one of the big sandwiches came apart in the bag and then another problem is when we got the other little sandwich the bread started falling apart in the car and the rapper they put it in was too small to hold the sandwich so it came apart in the bag. We got everything put back together we get home and then realize they didn’t give me the fruit cup that came with the kids meal that I ordered. And then, while we were sitting in the driveline, one of your workers got a delivery of Whataburger from someone and then she proceeded to go inside make a large glass of tea and give it to the person who delivered her meal. We were in there were at 5:25 PM check number 30082. For $40. I did not get what we thought was a good meal and so I think maybe management needs to go in there and rethink who they have some of the people that they have running your window.

3 star only because there was a 20 min wait on food. But the little older lady taking orders was so sweet and helpful.
