Very upset ! Went In today to get me set up for an event next week ! Two cars in the parking lot , and 3 people sitting down waiting for their order . 3 people were also working in the back ! They see me come in , and I approach the counter . & wait and wait and wait . Then they say number 73! A couple gets up gets their food and leaves ! One employees looked at me as she walked by the side door ! And just kept walking !! No body in the drive thru nobody else in the parking lot !! So I wait !! And wait !! Then go to the wind to see the girl at home the drive thru , watching videos on her phone ! Another employee ! Sitting In the office and another in the back . And even then , not a single person came to the front to take my order !
Absolutely pitiful and the worst part was . I was going to make a huge order for a wedding next Saturday ! And was prepared to spend what ever it took for a total of over 230 people !
So congratulations management on a well mannered, outstanding, very respectable staff ! That will do ANYTHING to keep customers coming back & money flowing in the business!!

Worst customer service in my life. The first time I went they were so rude and disrespectful. The employee yelled at me telling me I had to pick up my online order inside. I tried to give it a second chance thinking she was having a bad day and the second time the same lady told me they were out of what I wanted to order through the drive thru, not mentioning she took a deep breath and said “is that it?”. I will never come back and if there are no changes it will eventually run out of business. Don’t waste your time. Go to the one on Wadley.

This is a good Schlotzsky’s. The lady at the register, who always seems to be the same person is very friendly and helpful. The food sometimes takes a little long to come out, like when they’re busy for lunch with the drive-through, but I enjoy eating there.

Tasty sandwich, as always. However, I customized my order and NONE of the customizations were done. Requested no tomato; had tomato (thankful I don't have an allergy to them!). Requested extra onions; regular amount. Requested extra olives; received none...Sourdough bread was excellent!

Went through the drive thru and ordered my 2 year old a kids cheese pizza and when I made it home the pizza had a bit mark on the crust then when I called in about my complaint they hung up twice. Real unprofessional service?? overall the lady that worked the window was very nice!!

The only place that would offer service, I stopped at Burger King, they ignored me, crossed street to Whataburger waited 5 min no one even acknowledged my presence, went to McDonald’s, there was a mass of people waiting around the check out register, all were mad, I stepped into Schlotzkys, Bryson the manager greeted me, I was second in line, he took my order, I told the story, he wasn’t surprised. Thanks Bryson and Schlotzskys for still offering customer service.

i don’t know how many times i’ve asked for no ice in my drinks, but i know they’ve never once given me a drink with no ice. how hard is it to not put ice in a drink…like you’ve got to just not be paying attention

All we ordered was 2 sandwiches and 2 soups…not the meals…we got home and they forgot one of the soups…after the girl repeated back my order. They only got 2 ⭐️s bc the sandwich is good but the staff needs to pay attention. We were the ONLY car in the parking lot…smh
