Tasty sandwich, as always. However, I customized my order and NONE of the customizations were done. Requested no tomato; had tomato (thankful I don't have an allergy to them!). Requested extra onions; regular amount. Requested extra olives; received none...Sourdough bread was excellent!

Went through the drive thru and ordered my 2 year old a kids cheese pizza and when I made it home the pizza had a bit mark on the crust then when I called in about my complaint they hung up twice. Real unprofessional service?? overall the lady that worked the window was very nice!!

The only place that would offer service, I stopped at Burger King, they ignored me, crossed street to Whataburger waited 5 min no one even acknowledged my presence, went to McDonald’s, there was a mass of people waiting around the check out register, all were mad, I stepped into Schlotzkys, Bryson the manager greeted me, I was second in line, he took my order, I told the story, he wasn’t surprised. Thanks Bryson and Schlotzskys for still offering customer service.Parking: Easy in and out.

i don’t know how many times i’ve asked for no ice in my drinks, but i know they’ve never once given me a drink with no ice. how hard is it to not put ice in a drink…like you’ve got to just not be paying attention

All we ordered was 2 sandwiches and 2 soups…not the meals…we got home and they forgot one of the soups…after the girl repeated back my order. They only got 2 ⭐️s bc the sandwich is good but the staff needs to pay attention. We were the ONLY car in the parking lot…smh

I am a 61-year-old grandmother of two. In my younger years, I worked at a Schlotzsky's, so, I know what the turnover time of a Schlotzsky's sandwich is, even in peak business hours. I also know what customer service is as I've worked in customer service, education, retail, and in the restaurant industry most of my life. This was my experience at the Andrew's Hwy. Schlotzsky's in Midland. The first thing I noticed is the curt way "Lisa" (that's what she called herself) took my order over her handy headset. I asked for a medium original, her answer was, "Is that all?" I said, no, I'd like it made special please, without tomato or onion, and with jalapeño. Again, her answer was, "Is that all?" I responded, "No, I'll also have some jalapeño chips", again, "Is that all?"...You don't want a drink? It was so abrupt, I thought, she doesn't realize the customer spending money here is what pays her salary. So, I wrote that off as everyone has their own pattern of communication, that maybe perhaps she wasn't the best choice of some one to work a busy window before being trained about responding to customers with a little less of a guillotine affect. She gave me the total for my order and I pulled on through and waited for the customer in front of me to get their order (3-5 minutes, not bad, I thought). After I pulled up, I was thinking my wait time, might be an additional 5-7 minutes. After a near 10 minute wait, I felt sure my sandwich was almost ready. I never dreamed it would take an additional 5 minutes to get my one Medium original. My line of sight was directly into the prep area. The first thing I noticed is the cook's bare ass showing (about 3 inches of shiny, hair free ass). He kept using his gloved hands to reach down and pull his pants up and his oxford shirt down. Each time, he would transfer bits of food and mustard to the back of his black shirt, transferring who knows what from his butt cheeks onto the very gloves that would be preparing the sandwiches for the cars behind me. I began looking in as I had received a call and was being asked to be somewhere. One of the other girls made mention that I was looking into the window. "Lisa" replied to her, "She gone be alright, she ugly though." To which the girl who mentioned I was looking laughed and looked out at me. They had no idea I could hear them clearly. When my sandwich FINALLY got finished, "Lisa" opened the window and sweetly said, "Here you go ma'am". I asked her name, she said Lisa. I said, "I'm not alright (due to the ridiculous wait time), but also, I think I'm gorgeous!" She knew right away I had heard her. So, long story, but I want everyone who goes here to know, you might get smack talked or get some butt crack in your meal. It'd be better to travel to the one by the Kohl's in Midland or to Odessa if someone needs a Schlotzsky's fix. I won't ever be back and as a community member, I will actively be telling people not to go to this one. You can't go lower than a one star...sorry!
Trelisa was so sweet! She had an amazing attitude and was absolutely so friendly. We are not from here and would definitely return because of her! Absolutely amazing customer service and speedy

I just had to take the time to submit a 5 start review because of how wonderful Becky was, I believe that’s her name. I have yet to come across anyone in the fast food service industry as nice as her here in Midland. She is the sweetest! We need more people like her !

I had just ordered and when i drop up to the window i asked if it was possible to add avocado and Linda said no because they were already making the sandwiches which i feel their was time to add it because i still waited 10min for my sandwiches.
