This was our first time going to this location , my husband drove up to the window , the lady opened it and said I was just talking to myself , unsure of what she was talking about , I realized we were suppose to stop and have order taken at the board . We ordered a box of mixed , I asked for at least 1 chocolate and 1 glazed the rest mixed and 2 cheddar kolochis . The woman rudely said next time you should come in and shut the window. Another lady came back and gave us our order . We get home and it was over half chocolate and glazed . Only 4 was mixed??? Not what I asked for ! If someone doesn’t like their job , they shouldn’t be at the window taking orders!!

Hot donut light was on, but was then told there weren't any because the bakers called in today. Then didn't have any freaking Dr. Pepper. On top of it all, the lady behind the windows basically said with her attitude, you're bothering me for even being here. Terrible Shipleys. The only bad one I've been to honestly.

One of the worst drive-thru experiences we’ve ever had

We stopped in expecting a quick and easy experience—nothing complicated. But instead, we were met with poor service, zero willingness to help, and a frustrating attitude from the very start.

The person taking our order made it clear they didn’t want to be bothered. When we asked a simple question or tried to clarify, we were met with short, dismissive responses and absolutely no effort to assist. It wasn’t a busy moment, and the order was straightforward—there was just no interest in providing even the most basic level of customer care.

This isn’t just about one bad day. We’ve experienced a consistent lack of service across multiple visits, especially at the Midland, TX location on Wall Street. It’s clear that this isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a reflection of poor training and zero accountability.

We left feeling disrespected and physically upset by how we were treated. It set the tone for the rest of our day in the worst way.

We won’t be returning, and we truly hope the management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated across all locations
