I took my kids to the donut shop for the first time and the service lady was rude. Not a good experience for my kids. Good thing there’s an option for donuts.

Restaurant accepts uber orders even when they have no food available- then ask the dasher or customer to cancel order. No one answers their phone. I understand why there are such harsh reviews. Jack n Jill’s is better anyways.

Turns out they are not really open at 5am on Sundays, tried to buy a dozen but the doors were locked at 5:30am, the person behind the counter wouldn’t even acknowledge why they are closed during working hours

Second time was worst than the first time I went in at 5:30 am thinking I would get a freshly made donuts hell no. the way this morning donuts tasted was worse than the first two I ever ate.I will never return I am not paying full price for day old donuts
I arrived at 4:53am because online shows they open at 4:30am. I pulled up to the drive thru no one greeted me but I can clearly see an employee observing me from the counter. I noticed the drive thru window was open and I drove up to it. A female employee came to the window and said she’s not open until 5am because her Boss told her not to open at 4:30am I’d appreciate a much more accurate schedule to be posted online.

Their kolaches are the best in town, but i knocked off a star becaise they replaced their amazing flake ice and filtered fountain drinks with hard ice and RO drinks. In midland, the RO takes too many minerals out and gives fountain drinks a strong acidic taste.

Do better. I ordered a variety of donuts. The chocolate cake tasted like cinnamon and cherry mixed together. Seems like quality control was lacking. Dried out cinnamon roll. No apples in a fritter. Smashed donut holes. Nothing hot. Do Better

I waited for nearly 20 minutes to order one kolache,2 donuts, and an iced coffee through the drive-thru and I was the ONLY car in line. I was told they had no iced coffee just regular hot coffee. I declined that, drove up to the window, and waited another 8 minutes for my order and to pay. I got to work and my kolache wasn't even the one I ordered. I will NOT be back and recommend you go elsewhere, especially if you're needing to be at work or elsewhere.
