I’ve noticed that every time I have gone with my boyfriend we have received the worst service. We just went thanksgiving day and received terrible service. The bar was not packed at all with there being maybe 2 other tables with people. We had to continuously wave down someone so we could order drinks and at some points having them look at us and just simply ignore us. It got to the point that we were over it and decided to leave and couldn’t even get the server to bring us our ticket. We were also served the wrong drink but decided to just take it anyways and now regret that considering how bad their service was. Maybe if the bar was packed I’d understand but with it being that empty it just seems like they didn’t want to do their jobs. The host however was super sweet and HE did an amazing job at being kind and attending which is the only reason I gave the rating 2 stars. He deserves a raise and they need to hire more people like him.

Very nice bar and lounge to sip on a cocktail or mocktail and catch up with your date or friends. There are creative, seasonal flavored cocktails. I asked the server about the Pumpkin Pie shot, and she made it as a drink w/a graham cracker or pie crust rim, soooo DELICIOUS! The music level at first was low and perfect for being able to carry on a conversation. As the night progressed, music did get louder and more upbeat. Definitely worth checking out this bar for a tasty cocktail/ mocktail for a date night or meet-up with friends for a beverage.

I came for a celebration and had some trouble finding at first but was instantly greeted by the lovely host, of the two bars in the building she suggested that we try sip haus first for a more upscale atmosphere, our server was very nice and informative they recommended we try the experience menu. All of the drinks were fantastic and within a reasonable price range for craft cocktails. I specifically enjoyed their martinis & the smoking gun which is their haus smoked margarita. I absolutely recommend if you plan on celebrating or just want to come out for a fun night 10/10 music & experience.

Cristallyn always makes sure we are taken care of, She helped me and ay wife the first time we went, we had a lot of questions regarding the drinks and what not, she was very patient and super helpful explaining! very attentive and one of the best employees at this fine establishment!
