They need an adult with those kids. Eveytime i go the customer service is below 0. Last time i went they had the Music so loud they couldn’t hear me. One of the kids was complaining they had no ice. While the others were dancing to the loud music.

Every morning/afternoon I will swing by the get a little pick me up or snack and the staff is always so sweet and nice! They are quick and polite and always remember my name and make for an amazing stop in my day! 10/10 staff

The staff is AMAZING and treats me like family!!

We went in on at 8:45 pm on 7-24-25 and got bad service. We ordered and were informed that they closed the bowl station down 15 minutes prior to us ordering. Fine, we turn to leave and someone claps as soon as we walk away. I understand we went in late but it's still open and we had just got into town and my daughters were hungry. The attitude from the girl working the register and the clapping from whichever employee it was was uncalled for. Won't ever be returning to this wadley location.

I’m extremely disappointed with this place. Their posted closing time is 9:00 pm, but they don’t honor it. I arrived well before closing, and they refused to make any bowls. There was no sign, no notice, nothing indicating they stop serving earlier than their listed hours. If you’re going to close early or stop making food before your official closing time, you should post it clearly. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. Customers deserve better.

The employees need better training I went in for a bowl and the employees spent 10 minutes asking each other if any one of the 5 of them knew how to make a bowl. When they finally made the bowl it was completely wrong. First and last time.

Bad customer service. I went to pick up my smoothie. A friend asked about the restroom and all the coworkers became very awkward. The manager was around as well. Surprised that the manager is okay with the staff and their dealing of customers. I did enjoy the smoothie. But staff and owner, do better to train your employees on how to conduct themselves.
