( 7/8/24) My Boyfriend Went To Sonic Order Two Burgers. When He Came Home With My Burger It Was Completely Wrong.. I Ordered A Bacon Cheese Burger With Mayonnaise On Both Buns ( Bottom & Top). What I Got Was A Double Meat A slice Of Bacon They Cut In Half, Mayonnaise Slapped On The Top Bun, THAT NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! It Is Totally Sad When You Cannot Get What You Ask For, And Have To Pay For What You Didn't Order.. And Before You Say Something Smart Like , Why You Didn't Check Your Order Before You left..My Question To You Is, Why You Didn't Fix It Right In The First Place!! We Trust You All To Do Right By Us That's Why We Come There .. I Am Very Very Disappointed ☹️“
“I used the app to place my order, super fast and easy. Arrived and checked in on the app. Food was out in less than 5 min. I ate in my car and throughout my meal, 3 different employees had made rounds with a condiments and asked if I needed anything. Very good expirience all the way around
Parking: Plenty of spaces. Had spots in the back for "large trucks".
Wheelchair accessibility: There were signs at each order station/ parking place where customers with disabilities could park and place an order.“
“I love Sonic ice and have been buying it by the bag, (over $5 per bag) for the past few years. I went to Sonic a few days ago to get ice. I was told they no longer sold ice by the bag.I'm not a genius but a bag that was a VERY small bag to start with for over $5 a bag had to be a money maker for Sonic. I know several people who bought bagged ice several times a week just like I did so they had to be giving up a very profitable item for them. The profit margin on a small $5 bag of ice had to be ridiculously high.I will never understand why they would give up that easy money or why they would disappoint and anger so many loyal customers behind something so profitable....but they did and I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I don't want to spend my money with an establishment that doesnt care about their customer's wants and it becomes something that's all about them and not their loyal customers.“
“I love a great drive-in.this sonic has very nice attendants. Clean bathroom that is locked but if you ask them will unlock it. I ordered dinner for at breakfast time. They let me know it would take a few more mins but I was fine with that. Because I work night shift and it was super time for me.
Parking: Very clean“
