Employees/managers go back in groups of 3-4 and disappear near the dumpster for 20 minutes while me and my wife we sat and waited for an order that was taken 30 minutes ago just to get cold food, melted ice cream, the wrong order and service like its a drug deal. Very unprofessional. Very dirty. My daughter came back complaining the bathroom smelled like weed with stains on the toilet and mirror. The carhops are disrespectful. Reminding them about your order is met with attitude and disrespect. I came up here 2 separate times to get the exact same order and got disrespected by a tall skinny white dude named Joseph and a short Mexican girl named Emily. Highly unprofessional. The fact Joseph is a manger with customer service like that shows the disrespect isn’t just allowed it’s encouraged. Asking him to check employees like Bella, Emily, serenity is met with disrespect. Also Check your bag before leaving bc u will either have hair, spit or the wrong order. Never going to this sonic again. The cherry limeade filled with 95% ice isn’t worth the horrible service, the cold food and the employees smelling of weed and alcohol

Terrible service again - ordered on the app, went to pickup my drinks and food, set for over 20 minutes before they answered the intercom after moving twice thinking the intercom wasn’t working on the particular stall I was in. Finally, a person answered and told me my food would be right out, after 15 more minutes, we called them on the phone to see if the order went thru. They said it would be right out - another 10 minutes and my food and drink arrives, food cold and drinks watered down. Never again - done with this Sonic. Terrible management.

Great service and food was fresh had one slight problem my drink was flat at first asked for another and they asked me to taste still wasn't good asked for something different and Anastasia made sure I got the drink I wanted went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied that's what great management is about shout out to you Anastasia your truly appreciated ? ?
I ordered a bacon cheese burger and got a burger no bacon half a tomato tiny piece of lettuce and about 5 tator tots. Not pleased at all.

Only customer there. Received a text my order was ready, two drinks, as I parked. It still took over 5 minutes to get my drinks. Most disturbing part was them delivering the order to the neighboring stall that had one of their cars parked.Parking: Interesting that staff were unable to find my car, clearly parked between two of their cars, parked in customer stalls. Then, received a lecture from the staff that the number I used to check in was incorrect. It was literally the only number I could see in my "stall".
