Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. While the assistant manager apologized and made it right, the young man who took my order was an absolute jerk to me and should not be in the customer service industry. He told me they don't take Google Pay and had a nasty attitude from the start. His shift leader told me that this was normal from him. I was like uhhh okay why keep an employee like this? She said she handled the situation but I doubt I'll give them another shot.

Why have a big truck parking just so your employees can put out of order signs in them to park their personal cars , the way I see it that’s false advertisement to have a big truck stall and not allow customers to use it they shut all the stalls for big trucks down to park employee cars sonic you need to do better build a parking lot for your workers with all that money you been making .

DO NOT go here for blasts!!! I dont know why we keep coming back for blasts when more than half is just vanilla ice cream with no toppings mixed in the bottom portion. Paying for extra toppings sucks when you can't even get the toppings throughout the blast, let alone get the extra that you paid for!!

i hate this sonic with a passion. carhop basically pushed my food at me and left. No fork, hit the button twice and still waited 15 minutes to finally walk in to everyone just standing there. ill drive an extra 10 minutes across town before i come back to this one
