Tried ordering in person two times kept getting told hold on ordered online was told to be ready in 10 to 15 minutes Sat here 20 to 30 minutes and still have not received my food obviously understaffed and not attentive to what's going on I'm a patient person and I tried my best to maintain but even after calling three times and still not getting a response yes we are not doing this

I feel so bad for employees here the screens touch screens donât work and when I went to leave tip for them it wouldnât register, lady I spoke with said her management didnât care that they didnât work which is a shame because they survive on tips. DO BETTER SONIC!

Not much to say about Sonic. My order came out correct and the car hop who brought it was VERY cordial and friendly. The wavy fries we're great and the crispy chicken sandwich was tasty but a little dry. The vanilla shake was excellent.
Came at 7:00 pm, pressed the button several times, waited 15 minutes, and nothing. The screen read âWe will be right with you.â Ordered on the app even though the kids wanted root beer floats and those arenât on the app for some reason. Took 30 minutes.
