The woman that greeted me when I arrived wasn't friendly at all. She handed me my bag of food and was already turned to walk away while I was taking it from her. The sweet potato waffle fries were hard as if they were old.

When I walked in to get my order taken and had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen to take it. And then I waited almost 30 minutes for my food just to not even get the full order. There were only two order ahead of me whom already received their food. People that came in after us received their order in a less amount of time.

Gyros are by far not the best on menu. Don't even have dolmas. Tzatziki sauce is not the familiar white cream sauce with dill and feta. Adding over $5 for fries to make it a combo is ridiculous gyros sandwich with fries and 1 beer $29?? Second time I tried. Prob. Won't return. Great atmosphere and service! But if owners aren't even Greek then what's the meaning of it?

Great Mediterranean food and a nice place to hang out. I had the Street Cart Doner Wrap and it was Delicious. The wrap could have been a bit smaller but no worries I just tore off the extra bread. Not many drink options for non alcoholic beverages, I would have liked to see some unsweetened iced tea but I made do with the water.

This place looked amazing online. The marketers wrote a check that restaurant couldn't cash.We ordered online. We selected "ASAP" and we were told our order would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. We arrived 16 minutes after placing the order. The place looked nice, but there was nobody there to serve us. There were a couple of guys drinking at the bar, but otherwise it was an empty place. Our food was already there are ready to go...waiting in a giant paper sack behind the register with no warmer. No Employees around. We waited about 5 minutes before someone came to the front. She looked annoyed to see us, and her tone matched. To be fair, she did ask..."Can I help you?" But it was really more of a "you are bothering me what do you want?" sort of tone. We politely said we had a pick up order, to which she just rolled her eyes, grabbed the giant bag of food and handed it to us.I said, "Thanks have a nice day!" She didn't say that...I the customer said it to her, to try to make the mood a little merrier, but she didn't respond...just did a slight eyebrow lift of acknowledgment. The food was all cold. Not like, it had been waiting at the counter for us to get there cold. More like, made with old left over fries from lunch cold. Horrible.None of the dishes looked good. Online they looked awesome, they didn't look anything like that.We got several things, one was the Doner Basket. It had a slight smattering of cold fries in the mix, but mostly it was just a mediocre salad.I've eaten a lot of Falafel in my life, this was the worst I've ever had. When I go to an authentic Mediterranean place they are the best. But this place is a chain and it shows...CAVA has much better food for less. Also got an order of mixed fries...all cold and stale. The only thing that wasn't a horrible disappointment were the complimentary slices of pita bread. The portions were horrible. We spent $70 then we had to go get another meal because none of us felt like we ate anything. Total waste of time and money...Do not go here!I would like to offer suggestions for them to make it better, but I think just basically caring about fresh food and customer service would probably cover it.Also, I tipped on my online order, I put in a custom amount and only did $5 on a $65 order. I know there is some debate here but I feel like that is more than enough for someone just to provide nice service and hand me a bag of food in the takeout. But I almost got the feeling I was being punished by the staff.

The service was great and the atmosphere was great too. The only thing is that I wish they were more friendly towards vegans.I went there on a date for the first time ever. We asked for their vegan options. Before we ordered, my date made sure to specify that we were vegan. We order the vegan wraps with falafel. I ordered a side of the garbanzo salad not knowing that it had feta cheese on it originally and only found out later. My date ordered the falafel salad bowl which was was on their vegan menu and which also had feta on it we found out later as well. We were new and didn’t know their menu very well and we wish that the staff would have been a bit more informative and let us know that those items had cheese on them even if we may have overlooked the ingredients list ourselves. At least as a customer who has specified our dietary restrictions, if a restaurant offers vegan options then I assume they are well aware of what a vegan can or cannot have. I cannot blame the staff for not knowing. Lack of knowing and training towards the staff is definitely a fault of the owner.Originally the service staff was going to get it fixed for us but upon his return he mentioned that the manager got upset and said that we would have to pay for a whole new salad if we wanted to get it fixed. Mistakes happen, I just wish it was handled better by the manager.Truly it was a bit of a downer because I really wanted to love this place but had a hard time after knowing that vegans aren’t welcome here. It was my first visit and it will be my last.

The two women working the front were rude and unreasonable. I ordered two cocktails, a meal and a kids dish. The women refused to let me order a kids dish because I did not have a kid with me. I offered to pay for the most expensive dish if they would just make the kids quesadilla and they refused. Bad customer service, I won't be back.

Food and drinks are good. Atmosphere is pleasant. The cocktails are a little pricy for how small they are.

I absolutely love Mediterranean food and this was my second time having food from here. I loved it the first time but this time, not me and not my husband liked it. The food was not appetizing at all. I ordered a Mediterranean wrap and my husband ordered a street cart doner, I kid you not, there was probably a total of 6-9 pieces of meat in my entire wrap and the rest was all hummus and salad. When I asked the girl in the front if I could get some more meat, she said that they “weigh” the meat. I’m not sure what ratio they use of meat to salad because the salad was 90% of the wrap. She was rude and did not consider asking if I could get something else or offer to add more meat. I absolutely do not think it’s fair to pay $40 for 2 wraps and fries and not get what we came for.I definitely think they need to do better with their service ( workers) as well as food.
