Always a wait. Mayra needs better customer service skills at the drive thru. Very soft spoken, no eye contact and no people skills. Drinks always good but the staff needs help.
put a sign up on door when they decide to close which is several times a week. NO NOTE. poor folks sit in drive thru waiting. no clue they are not closed. District manager no help. got in contact with them and they passed me off to 3 different ppl. I spend too much $ daily at this location and they definitely prove they don't care about their customers. so before I order ahead, I call EVERY TIME to see if open. ive lost $ ordering ahead and they are closed.
