I didn’t like my experience today first thing one employee bumped in to me and never said sorry then she toke my order near ask for my name and she was on her phone when she was taking my order all I know is that she wears glasses and dark hair and was the worse experience. For sure will not return 😞 I love Starbucks but I wouldn’t like that same experience.
I went yesterday and I had an awful experience i was in a hurry and then the two ladies making drinks were chatting it up and playing around, my drink didn’t even taste right. When i’m sure that you don’t go play at a job. This was on 12/5/2025 at around 10ish in the morning. I won’t be going back.

At 12:15 on Friday I went into Starbucks for a simple cup of coffee. One other customer was there, and she had already made her order. Five employees were there. One was cleaning, two talking, two were busy with drive thru. No one would even look in my direction for 2-3 minutes.
I made my order, but there was no coffee. NO COFFEE at a Starbucks with 5 employees. After the beans were ground and the coffee was brewed, I grabbed the milk pitcher at the self serve counter, and it was empty. The barista gave me milk after a short delay.
Maybe just a bad day, but on this day that was my experience in Midland. Parting thought, the coffee was delicious.

Been here 3 times. Everytime the drink is not drinkable, I'm over charged, they forget something and are usually in LALA land. One told me sorry the ice is just slush but that is your drink, and I'm pretty sure Nitro cold brew you pull a handle, so I'm not exactly sure why I ended up with a cup of milk. Common sense people, I know it's hard around here, but try.

My first time trying out the frappe pumpkin spice and I get the hype about it! I got the order from doordash so I never really get to make a review about it onto the Google one but it came in peace and amazing!

I stopped in a couple nights ago while visiting from out of town. The store is NOT in a good part of town, and unfortunately, the service was poor and the store itself wasn’t very clean. There was also a strong unpleasant smell near the entrance , so I wouldn’t recommend getting out of your car.
The coffee was good, but the service and cleanliness definitely need improvement!!

As an old manager at a different location my expectations were no where near met or exceeded. This was my first time experience at this location and let me tell you it could’ve been a lot better. No one greeted as I entered, the wait time was very long but that’s normal and being on the other side of the bar I expected that already. I finally got helped out by the Oven barista. I was sort of rushed and the order was not repeated back to me but I understand it was busy. I think they might have been short staffed as I didn’t see a CS or Front register assigned baristas. I also do believe DT was a green bean but I could be mistaken. I understand it was possibly busy and chaotic. But to make the atmosphere so full is not what starbucks aims for. Meanwhile, I was waiting for my drinks I have finally got my drink and food which tastes amazing. When I got my named called for my wife’s drink I realized it was a hot matcha latte and not iced. No big deal to me, I don’t mind waiting longer for it to get fixed but I know that I ordered iced and as I don’t take receipts I couldn’t check. But I saw the sticker which says hot so I knew it was input wrong. I told Jessica that it was supposed to be iced and not hot and I don’t mind paying the difference. She stated “ we will remake it this time but for next time double check that it’s iced “ Usually when remakes need to happen there is no need for a comment to the customer just a simple “ Oh I’m sorry about that let me remake it for you” Her attitude was kind of rude and it wasn’t very much appreciated. The drinks are awesome but just a few things could be addressed to make the atmosphere a lot better.

I don't know if they don't know how to prepare the drinks or what the problem is but of all the times I've been there only once it's my turn that they do things well
