I normally have really good luck at this location and the baristas are always so nice. This morning they forgot my sandwich off my order (oh well, I would’ve paid to get the correct thing). But how is this a bacon Gouda? ?

So I've been to the Starbucks a few times and it's always pretty good.
But the last couple times I went have been different. I just left and a guy named Junior help me at the window. He had my drinks at the counter when I drove up to the window all he had to do was scan my phone and give me my coffee... I had a pastry ordered so I didn't mind to wait for that. But instead he proceeded to make more orders as I sat at the window for 15 minutes looking at my coffee... when he finally made it to the window to handit to me, it was all watered down and gross. Also I watched him drop my pastry on the floor it was in the bag so no big deal but that was just the topping on the water down coffee cake... it should be correct Barista etiquette to give you the coffee and wait for the pastry.

Waited over 20 minutes just to place my order, then another 10 minutes just to get to the window. Repeated my order twice before driving to the window, yet still handed me the wrong order. When told it was not what I had ordered all was done was blended into a frappe and handed back to me. Original order was grande matcha green tea frappe with soy milk, got handed a matcha tea latte with oat milk, then handed the same thing back just “blended” up with some ice. Definitely won’t be going back to this location being this is the second bad experience with them.

Was hoping to go threw the drive, threw but.... there is a truck parked side ways in the drive threw ... I figured it was broken but when i walked in there wearing drive threw head sets .. and talking on them ?... yes it's not busy because no one can use the method of driving. Servive was not bad because there really was noone in the building which was nice ..

Michelle is the absolute sweetest. One day I let my son order his orange cake pop and she kindly told us they were out and was so apologetic. I said no problem and we ordered a pink one. We got to the window and she handed him 2 cake pops. He was so excited! I'm not a daily or weekly visitor, but have been back through the drive thru 3 times since the past 3 weeks and she recognizes us every time. Michelle, keep it up sis- the world needs more kind souls like you! Thank you!

Took 30+ minutes just to receive two fraps that I ordered on the app prior to showing up. Definitely need new management going all the way up to the area leader since it seems to be a consistent issue with most the midland locations.

Not bad. A bit slower than most Starbucks but they get the job done, and are decently friendly. The girl that made my drink two days ago made it perfect though. The lavender was actually separate from the matcha. It was beautiful

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever frequented and that's saying something given how low the bar is. Staff is rude, appears lost, orders in person or thru the app are consistently behind or come out incomplete.

I came in yesterday at 7pm for a coffee and coffee cake, I greeted the cashier twice because the first time I said hello she never acknowledged me. We sat at a table while they made my coffee and warmed my wife’s coffee cake. Sat at table for 12 minutes to finally see my coffee and cake on the side counter the rude girl asked my name but never called it when my order was ready. Just sad how this is a new location but the service is horrible. I will never be back here. I rather drive 3 miles to the one on Midland Dr and wait 30 minutes in line.

We like it when the bigger, older woman isn't there like on 02-03-24. She's super rude and had me repeat my wife and I's order multiple times. She said SHE was training someone and the new girl was flustered. Saying "it's just beans and water, just beans and water". Uh no ma'am, that job as a barista is extremely hard, guaranteed. Hopefully she's NOT training people and she was the one in training. Got confused when we said no ice on a refresher, and then asked if we wanted EXTRA fruit to make up for it, since the cup will only be half full. Lol uh no, the drink is mostly water anyway, add the water to it. She said "you can leave a tip if you'd like, or not and I'll cry" lol ok then cry I guess.
