Always decent coffee. Sometimes my Amerciano is rich and delicious other times tastes as if a couple of shots were left out of thr drink. Overall good.

I visit this location often, especially since it’s close to HEB and it’s a common trend to be a hit or miss. It’s frustrating to order and pay for a venti drink that isn’t filled all the way up to the top. If I pay $7.52, respectfully I want all of my money’s worth. This drink drove me to write this review, because not only is it completely full of ice, but it still isn’t filled to the top.

Placed an order for pick up since I planned to use their facilities… Was greeted upon entry & my order was even prepared to perfection, however, what I didn’t enjoy were the filthy restrooms. I’m not sure how often they make rounds during their shifts, but an obvious giveaway that they can do so much better was the trash & debris on the cafe floor & in the restroom hallways. Also the restroom stalls themselves. There was fibrous feces & trash on the floor in the 1st stall & although the 2nd wasn’t so far bad, there was still urine on the floor and toilet seat. Thank God I was just passing through, I’d never stop here again nor order.

I’m literally addicted to the Strawberry Açaí Refresher with lemonade (no strawberries). It’s so good — super refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. I’m not a coffee drinker, so when I asked for a recommendation a few months ago, one of the baristas (I think her name was Ashley?) suggested this, and I’ve been hooked ever since! I stop by weekly now just to grab it. The baristas at this location are always super nice and the service is fast, even when it’s busy. Love this place!

My sister and I got a mobile order with two drinks and when we drank them they tasted like sour milk. Then I smelled it and my drink literally smelled HORRIBLE. This is the first time I have had a bad experience here but it’s enough for me not to go here anymore.

Don’t know who was taking drive through orders this morning, didn’t catch her name but it was around 6:30ish. She was extremely rude when I asked to add stuff to my drink, she insisted that my drink doesn’t come with the extra stuff I wanted to explained to her AGAIN that I would like to ADD to the drink. When I pulled in the window I couldn’t find my card I told her I was going to use Apple Pay and she proceeded to give me an ugly look and judge me for using Apple Pay for just a coffee. She didn’t even add the stuff I wanted and I was still charged for it. Please retrain your staff to be a bit nicer to the customers.
