Have tried to get the iced gingerbread chai latte seasonal drink 2x..out of chai 2x. They seem to always be out of chai or something else lately. Got an iced sugar cookie seasonal drink today instead because again they were out of chai...tasted like coffee and cream..not even close to the purported buttery creamy description..a regular vanilla latte has more flavor. At over $7 I expected way more.

I know one little review for Starbucks won’t do much ! But I’ll do it anyway. To wait in the drive thru on a Saturday at 3:30 for 20 minutes , ordered two drinks and a pup cup !
Pull up , wait again ! To hand her a 100$ for her to say ! “ I can’t break a 100$ ! We don’t keep 20$ in the register . “ to “ you didn’t spend over 50$ “! W an attitude! No apology!! No 5$ free card ! NOTHING !!!

Absolutely ridiculous!
I know they had change for 100$ and our drinks cost 20$
Even if it was in a safe , it could have been opened . Something could have been done !
Very rude ! Not going back ! Wish I knew the name if the girl in the drive thru .
Since when in America , can American cash , not be spent ???????

The crew left at before 10 pm (supposed to be open until 10:30). The manager was there and gave me some song and dance about directions to a nearby Starbucks, but it wasn’t where he said. I know because I live there!!!!

I order 3 green tea. It’s terrible no flavor at all. Please don’t waste your money on this store. They do awful. Not even green color enough they put all milk. It is tasteless

Not a very happy camper I come here at least three times a week they pretty much know who I am and they pretty much know my order I always put my order in 15 minutes early by the time I get there I'm still waiting another 15 minutes and my order is always wrong I have a lot of patience I know people make mistakes but a nitro cold brew does not come with ice I always are order a chai tea light ice they do not know the difference I'm not paying for ice I am paying for a drink have a blessed day

I will not be back to that location, it's one of the poorer representations of the Starbucks with which I'm familiar. Upon entering the cafe and looking around, I saw that all of the tables had residue of previous meals and spilled drinks on them. I was unable to find a satisfactory place to sit so I took the least offensive table. The music was about 20 decibels too loud. Back in El Paso, I frequented two Starbucks on a daily basis, and noted that the music in either EP Starbucks was not interruptive of conversation and thought. At this N Midkiff Rd location in Midland, TX the couples and groups who were conversing or conducting business were outside. The only customers inside were those waiting for their food to take away. The food was fair, my spinach feta wrap was only luke warm. The hot drink was good, The cashier was friendly. Employees were very busy when I was there; however, it was clear that the tables hadn't been washed down for far more time than just the morning. The store manager needs oversight, if he or she is accepting of the grime at this location. So disappointed. If this cafe was closed, it wouldn't be a loss to the community.
