This is unfortunately a Starbucks that just misses the mark on care. Lots of trash everywhere and just an overall lack of cleaning. Bummer. Cigarette ashes all over tables outside.

Beautiful day for a drink and sitting on a porch! There are plenty of good drinks here with food to compliment the taste. Friendly staff and relaxing place for others. Staff is easy to talk to if you want to try a new drink and helpful to what you're looking for.

The guys' attention is very good, they are kind and cordial, they always serve you with a smile. I am surprised by the lack of hygiene on the tables, there is no dynamic of cleaning the tables every time a customer leaves. The external terrace is always very dirty, it seems abandoned. It is evident that they do not take into account the cleanliness of that area.

The service was HORRIBLE the lady was rude from the jump when we were ordering she got mad that we ordered 3 frappes and then when we got to the window she was very unpleasant we got our drinks the lady who handed them to us was nice but the lids were not on all the way and it spilt in my car well I asked for napkins and the rude lady gave us 3 and then she said she can’t give me anymore cause she has to save some for the other customers??? I said well the lids were not on all the way? And she said sorry that she’s not giving me more napkins? So yeah if I were you I would try everything in my power to avoid this Starbucks. You don’t treat customers like that. You work at a coffee place you have to make frappe’s especially in the summer. I will never go back here.

Pulled in @ 9:56 pm when their hours say til 10:30 pm and the two employees were walking to their cars. They were already closed with board in drive thru. Fix your hours so people don't go and you're closed.

Our drinks were delicious, but the unnecessary wait time and excuses is not something I expect from Starbucks. I made a mobile order and arrived after it was supposed to be ready. One drink was waiting for me when I went in store but the other was not. Waited over 10 mins right in front of the staff and they avoided eye contact with me. I eventually asked and it was waiting at the drive thru cashier and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault for ordering it wrong. Both my order and drink stickers say in store and they already put one on the counter. Just a simple apology for messing up would have done.
